Chapter Twenty-Seven- Behind The Bars

"What do you want for breakfast?" I asked Tyde.
"I don't mind" Tyde answered
"Should we make something or?" I asked trying to get an answer from Tyde
"Sure" he smiled
"Do you want to have simple french toast or something else?" I asked
"French toast sounds good" Tyde answered. I started to make the french toast and then I fried them. Tyde sniffed up some of the aroma that the french toast left.
"Mmm smelss nice" Tyde said. I put 2 french toast on each plate and drizzled mayple syrup on them and then we went into the lounge. I turned on the tv and Mean Girls came on, I squeeled a bit, Mean Girls is one of my favourite movies.
"Let me guess, favourite movie" Tyde laughed
"You know me to well" I replied and kept watching. We finished eating and I put our dirty dishes in the dishwasher and then joined Tyde on the couch to finish watching Mean Girls. Since we were going to court in about half and hour I thought I would get ready. Tyde went home to get ready and then he was going to come back, so I went up to my room to get ready. I looked through my closet to see what I should wear today, after looking for about 10 minutes I chose to wear some flowy leather shorts with a white crop top and my denim jacket with my sunglasses, white converse, my flower crown and the necklace Tyde got me. I then moved on to my hair and make-up, I curled my hair and then did my natural make-up look winged eyeliner and mascara. As I was putting on my shoes, Tyde walked in
"Hey you ready to go?" Tyde asked
"Just putting on my last shoe" I replied, I tied the laces of my last shoe and then got up. I put on some lipgloss and grabbed my phone.
"Ready" I said and Tyde walked downstairs I followed him. We got into the car and made our way to the court.

"Mr. Lindsay you have found guilty and is sentenced for 5 years in jail" Judge Johnson said and then banged his gavel on his desk and then the police men took him away as he was getting pulled away I thought to myself 'finally he is going behind the bars where he belongs.' We all stood up and left the court place. On the way back I sensed that mum has already relaxed. They told us that he would be going to jail in New Zealand, which is good because he'll be far away and we'll be finally free.
"I think you deserve this mum" I said breaking the slience
"Deserve what?" my mum questioned
"A nice girly day" I said
"Oh right" se replied
"I'm going to take you out tomorrow and we can have another girls day out" I said
"Oooh nice, can't wait" my mum replied. We arrived home and Tyde was staying the night.

"Whats for dinner?" I asked
"Well it's ready in about 2 minutes, call Tyde because I'm plating up" my mum answered
"TYDE" I yelled
"Yeah" he repiled from the top of the stairs
"DINNER BABE" I yelled back adn he came downstairs
"Mmh smells nice" he said while putting his arms around my waste from behind me. We were having butter chicken, mum placed all the plates on the table and called Steven, while me and Tyde took out places.

We finished eating and me and Tyde did the dishes. I put a whole heap of bubbles in my hand and when Tyde turned around I blew them in his face
"Oi" he said and I laughed. Tyde threw some bubbles at me and I screamed a bit and flicked water in his face. We ended up having a bubble/ water fight and there was heaps of water on the floor. Tyde ran to the other side of the kitchen and slipped on the water and fell down on his bum. I started laughing and Tyde got up and held his bum in pain. We finished the dishes and cleaned up the water on the ground. It was around 9 o'clock at night so we decided to go to bed.
"Goodnight mum" I said kissing her cheek
"Night Steven" I said hugging him
"Goodnight Catherine and Steven" Tyde said
"Night guys" they both said in sink and then mum cuddles into Steven. I got into my pjs and so then Tyde and then we both hoped into bed. I cuddled up to Tyde feeling his warmth and his even breathing as he was falling alseep. Feeling safe and warm I eventually fell alseep cuddled up to Tyde.
