"Wait don't open the door yet!"Jazmine said grabbing my hand for the 100th time.

"Baby let's go inside. I understand you excited but calm down. Let me unlock the door." I said and She nodded. I turned the key in the lock unlocking the door as she stood behind me squealing. I opened the door and she ran in along with the girls.

"They set up niceee. I love it." She said walking in the kitchen.

"We need to go grocery shopping though." She said.

"We can go as soon as I put our bags up." I said walking towards the stairs. I walked upstairs and sat our bags in our room. I'll put the clothes away once we get back. I went back down stairs and saw her looking through the house.

"You straight? Is everything everything?" I asked and she nodded.

"Yeah I was just making sure." She mumbled before walking over to me.

"Let's go." I said grabbing the keys. The girls and Jazmine went to the car as I locked the door.

"Hi!" A little girl yelled from across the way. I smiled and waved. I took a double take and raise a brow.

"You're a little too young to be outside by yourself. Where's your parents?" I said and she pointed to the door.

"Do they know you're outside?" I said and she shrugged. I locked the door and put the keys in my pocket. I walked next door and knocked on the door. A few minutes later a lady opened the door.

"What are you doing with her??" The woman and I said scrunched my face up at her.

"Lady look, She was outside alone, I didn't have your daughter." I said and she snatched her from me and looked me up and down.

"Yeah right then what you doing over here? And how she get outside??" She said raising her voice and I sighed and bit my lip trying to calm down.

"I don't know how she got outside ma'am, this is your child not mine." I said calmly.

"So what are you trying to say I don't care for my child!?" She yelled and I sighed loudly. I looked back at the car seeing Jazmine getting out. She started walking over.

"What's going on?" She Said

"Nothing baybeh get back in the car." I said and she ignored me looking at the woman.

"What's the problem ma'am?" Jazmine said.

"He's the problem." She said.

"Okay what did he do." Jazmine said.

"He had my daughter." She said and I huffed.

"No he didn't. Your daughter was on the porch by herself and he knocked to tell you that." Jazmine said and she stood there quietly.

"I-I don't believe you." She said

"You don't have to believe me it's facts. Nobody had your daughter. Maybe you should watch her and we wouldn't be having this problem." Jazmine said and the lady stepped to her and I stepped in front of Jazmine.

"Move. Cause she got me messed up." The lady said.

"Naw lady gon in ya house. You not finna fight my wife." I said and the lady mugged and picked her daughter up. She walked in the house and we walked away.

"You didn't have to—"

"Nah man she wasn't finna try to fight you cause you was right. I wasn't gone let that happen." I said cutting her off. We got in the car and I started it up and pulled off. She took my hand into hers and kissed the back of my hand.

Hopefully these neighbors don't be a problem because we don't have time. We just got married. We just tryna live happy & in love.

"Thank you baby." August said pecking my lips as he grabbed the plate. I went back into the kitchen and made the girls plate.

"Maiya, Chaylin & Kayden, come eat." I said and they came running in the kitchen. They sat down and I sat their plates in front of them.

"Baby bring me some water." August said with a mouth full. I grabbed him a bottle of water out the refrigerator and took it to him.

"You not eating?" He asked and I shook my end.

"No I don't feel too good." I said

"Come here." He said And I walked over by him. He moved his plate and motioned for me to sit on his lap. I sat down and laid my head on his shoulder. He grabbed his plate and continued to eat.

"Gone to sleep I know you tired." August mumbled and I sighed

"I am but I can't go to sleep."

"What's hurting?" He asked and I sighed

"My head. My nose feel stopped up. My body aching." I said and He kissed my lips.

"I'm sorry you feel sick babe. Try taking aspirin or Advil." He said and I nodded.

"I will." I mumbled

"Nah now." He said and I got up.

"I'll be up there ina minute ight?" He said and I nodded dragging myself upstairs. I walked in our room and stripped out of my clothes. I put them in the dirty clothes hamper and went into the bathroom. I took my wig off and put my bonnet on. I grabbed the aspirin and took two. I walked in the room and turned the fan on. I closed the blinds and curtains then laid down. A few seconds later August was walking in.

He took his clothes off and slid in bed next to me. I wrapped my arms around him burying my head in his neck. He pulled me on top of him holding me close.

"I don't like the neighbor babe." I Mumbled and He rubbing my back

"Maybe she had a bad morning." He said trying to defend her.

"Why you tryna stick up fa her? Let me find out you like her Anthony." I said and He smacked his lips

"Jazmine don't play with me. Ian sticking up for her I'm just say, maybe today wasn't her day." He said

"Yeah whatever. What kind of mother let's their child outside alone while they're sleep?" I said

"How you know she let the baybeh outside. The little girl could've easily walked outside herself." He said and I shook my head

"That baby look 4 and under. She can't unlock them locks and let herself out. The mama probably let her cause she woke before her or something. That obviously wasn't the first time and it won't be the last time." I said then coughed.

"Ew cooties." August said and I smacked my lips.

"Whatever you like my cooties." I said

"Correction I like your cookies." He said and I laughed

"You are nasty, I bet you do." I said

"You know I do. Gimme a kiss." He Said and I kissed his lips. I pulled away sucking his bottom lip.

"I love you my pooh bear." I said pecking his lips softly.

"I love you too mamas." He said and I laid my head on his chest.

Cute chapter nothing major. I'm gonna miss star though. I might do a star inspired book. Idk. Btw this book is almost over. I'm gonna miss Jaugust 😭.
