"Wow, that was weird," Taehyung said to himself as he left the joint and flagged down a cab back to his hotel.

He had enough of one day. Besides, he's almost discovered by that Asian dude in the washroom who looked Korean.

Fortunately for Taehyung, the clear-minded man didn't scream and shout or even asked for his autograph at that inopportune moment. His curiosity still nagged him however, when he studied the second male whose chiseled jawline and defined cheekbones stood out despite his intoxicated state.

I'm pretty sure I've seen him before, Taehyung pondered, but where?

He didn't have time to think as his hotel came into view. After tipping the driver and alighting from the vehicle, Taehyung crossed the lobby with the four-faced clock in the middle of the spiralling staircases.

Taehyung sauntered to the reception desk and inquired for any messages intended for him. The lady at the counter handed him a stack of paper, mostly from his management asking him when he's returning to Seoul. There was the occasional "We miss you" from the rest of the gang inserted in between.

Holy cow, Taehyung mused, I was only gone for two days.

He stuffed the notes in his bag and headed towards the elevators up to his suite. As he crossed the long hallway to his room, all Taehyung thought about was having a hot shower in the marble bathroom and plop himself on the King-sized bed waiting for sleep to overcome him.

Jung-kook was wide awake. His dreams still consisted of Ji-eun's face interspersed sometimes with that of a BTS member. They laughed while pointing at him.

What a sucker, they shouted in Jungkook's unconsciousness.

No, no, I'm not a loser, he screamed back, but there was no sound coming out of his mouth.

He tried to argue, but his throat constricted and Jung-kook felt as if he was choking to death. He attempted to push himself off the bed, trying to wake up, but he couldn't.

Then he saw Taehyung's face and his hands reached out to swipe at the image, causing Jung-kook to sit up.

He opened his eyes, and the darkness loomed.

Jung-kook searched around for his phone and noticed a blue light flickering in the distance. He followed the illumination and unlocked his mobile. There was a message from Min-woo.

"Hey buddy, rest well," he wrote. "I'll see you in the morning."
