Cupid's Point of View

"Matigas ka talaga Kupido!"

"D-Damn you."

"I'm gonna break each of your bones. Masiyado kang pasaway!"

U-Ugh. I can literally feel my bones cracking and breaking. Shit.

Nararamdaman ko ang bawat sakit. Kahit ang pinakamaliit na pagkabali ay nararamdaman ko at mas doble ang sakit na nararamdaman ko.

S-Shit.

I was down on my knees at nakatukod ang dalawa kong mga kamay sa lupa.

"I am warning you! Ilang beses ko pa ba dapat ulit-ulitin sa 'yo na isang paglabag 'yang ginagawa mo!? Ang taas na ng tingin mo sa sarili mo dahil isa kang Diyos!? Hindi ka karapat-dapat sa ganoong posisyon!"

Dammit. This guy's just jealous.

I smirked at him. Mamatay ka sa inggit!

Mas lalo niya namang diniin ang bawat pagkabali ng mga buto ko.

H-Huh. Pikon ang gago.

D-Damn. I can feel now how Spirit felt before ng mahulog siya. Mas lalong hindi ko pinagsisihan na ginamot ko siya at lumabag ako sa batas. I'd do anything for her.

Naging mabigat ang bawat paghinga ko habang pinapakiramdaman ang bawat sakit na nangyayari sa katawan ko.

"Enough of this bullshit, Matthias!" rinig kong sigaw ng isang babae.

Shit. What is Clotho and Grey doing here?

"Oh. Look what we have here. Ang dakilang kaibigan at asawa ng mga pasaway na Diyos. You really are fond of Bad Gods aren't you?" Nakangising saad ni Matthias.

Clotho raised her hand at agad na tumilapon sa Ere si Matthias.

Nawala naman ang sakit na naramdaman ko. Thanks to Clotho.

I saw Matt stood up at pinagpag ang suot niya.

"'Wag kang makialam dito Clotho! This has nothing to do with you!"

"Everything has something to do with me. I hold all of your Goddamn lives!"

"Clotho, you have to stay Calm." Suway sa kaniya ni Grey.

Napadaing naman agad ako sa sakit nang muli kong maramdaman ang bawat pagkabali ng mga buto ko. He has his grip on me again.

Mas lalong humigpit ang kapit ko sa lupa ng mas lalo niyang pinatindi ang parusa niya sa 'kin. Shit. I don't even know where we are right now.

"C-Cupid.."

I held my head up and looked at Clotho.

"I-I'm fi--Argh." I wasn't able to finish my sentence when I groaned out of pain. Napaubo ang dugo at medyo may karamihan ito.

Para akong hinihiwa at sinasagasaan ng buhay. Paulit-ulit.

"Y-You're coughing blood! Isn't that enough!?"

"Matt! Tama na 'yan! Naparusahan mo na si Cupid! You can stop now!" I heard Grey shouted.

"I'm fine you guys."

"Oh? Ayos lang naman daw siya eh. Let us enjoy this little game of ours. 'Wag niyo na kaming pakialaman."

I looked at Clotho at nakita ko ang nakakuyom niyang mga kamao.

S-Stop. She's going to destroy this place.

"G-Grey. Stop her. Wawasakin niya lang ang buong lugar. Including us!"

"You better stop this madness Matthias. Or I will rip your heart out." Banta sa kaniya ni Clotho habang humahakbang palapit sa kinaroroonan ni Matthias. I can already feel the shaking of the ground. Ayaw kong madamay siya dito. Lalabag siya sa batas!

Naramdaman ko ring ang paglakas ng ihip ng hangin. Her Curly Gold hair is now turning into Pure Pitch Black. This is not good.

Napahinga naman ako ng malalim nang maramdaman kong tumigil na si Matt sa pagpapahirap sa 'kin.

"Clotho! Stop. Ayos na si Cupid."

And as if those were magical words, the earthquake and the wind automatically stopped. Bumalik na rin sa pagiging kulay ginto ang buhok niya.

"This is not yet over. Alam kong gagawa at gagawa ka pa rin ng kalokohan Cupid. And everytime you do that, mas lalo mo lang nilalagay sa panganib ang buhay mo at ng asawa mo! I will keep on coming back to the both of you. No one and Nothing can stop the Prophecy about your wife unless you die."

But Gods don't die. You stupid idiot.

"At ikaw naman Coal, pagbabayaran mo rin ang mga nilabag mo. I will send down those Hunter Angels. Pagbabayaran mo ang ginawa mo. And if I were you, Great Goddess Clotho, I would rather stay out of this trouble. Kung ayaw mong madamay." He said and with that, he vanished.

"What did I told you about this Cupid!? Ang hirap sa 'yo, hindi ka nakikinig sa mga sinasabi namin. Ano? This will keep on happening? Palagi na lang ba? You better shape up and think things through. Hindi 'yon umaasa ka sa shortcut. Diyan sa mga kapangyarihan mo! Promise me that this will be the last time! You broke two rules today! First, you froze the time for your personal agendas and second, you freaking saved a mortal's life! Thanatos was on his way to get Spirit!"

Agad namang nagpanting ang tenga ko nang marinig ko iyon.

"What!? The freaking Angel of Death!? I-I didn't know it was her time now. Shit."

I would still do it anyway. Even if I was aware of it.

"Twice, Cupid. The incident about her Spinal. Dapat ay ooperahan siya and the Surgery would fail. She'd die in the middle of the procedure."

"W-What? You knew all along?"

"Of course! That was the reason why I came here."

Oh Yes, of course. She's the Goddess of Fate by the way.

"But it won't still change a thing. I will always save Spirit's life no matter what happens. Kahit paulit-ulit akong parusahan ni Matt, wala akong pake."

"You wouldn't like it if I tell what's going to happen in the future. You have to stop doing it now before they take Psyche again away from you."

Napakunot naman ang noo ko nang sabihin niya 'yon.

I got scared but I felt angry at the same time. How could they do this again to me!?

"Have you seen the future? K-Kukunin ba nila ulit sa 'kin si Psyche?"

Napayuko naman si Clotho sa tanong ko at umiling.

"I-I don't know Cupid. I don't know. I don't even want to know. All I knoe is that you have to stop doing this bago pa pumasok ulit sa utak nila ang ideyang ilayo ulit si Psyche sa 'yo. That's it. This will be the last one. You have to promise."

Napabuntong hininga ako saka tinignan si Clotho.

"I can't. I won't promise."

I felt Grey tapped my back. Trying to comfort me.

"Thanks bro. I got to go. Thank You, Clotho."

She smiled sadly at me before nodding her head.
