Klaus, Elijah and Kol all got a call from the hospital only informing them that Rebekah was in the hospital.
Elena quickly drove to the hospital with Elijah, every once in awhile looking at him and see how his face quickly change since the phone call, Elijah was having fun minutes ago but once he received that call, it was like everything broke down, he was now completely blank, still trying to process that Rebekah was in the hospital even if now long ago, she was in the river completely fine.
Klaus wanted to drive but Caroline stopped him and she drove him to the hospital because Klaus was afraid of something awful happening to his sister, making her fear that if he drove, he would end up having a car crash or something. Caroline drove and didn't know what to say so she sometimes just caressed his shoulder to comfort him.
Kol was making jokes and laughing with Bonnie when he got the phone call and Bonnie for the first time saw Kol not only serious but scared and vulnerable. Once Kol told what happened, she quickly grab their things and took him to the hospital where Rebekah was in.
They all arrived almost at the same time, asking for Rebekah, which Stefan overheard so he walked over to them.
"Hey... I'm Stefan. I was with her when she passed out."

"Why were you with my sister?" Klaus asked now protective of his sister.
"If you try to have fun by putting something on her drink, I will kick your ass and break your arms with a bat, you know how painful it will be to beat your precious little arm with a bat until it start to see the bone? First will have the skin, then the muscle and the fat and just after all that, it will be seen the nerves and the bone." Kol said because from all his siblings he always felt closer to Rebekah and even with all their fights he would put the world upside down for his sister.
"What happened to her?" Elijah asked trying to remain calm but he started to play with his ring.
"We were at the river and she was drinking so I went to see if she was okay, because it was too early to get drunk, she got a little under the weather so I took her to a gas station where she throw up and when I was about to take her to her dorm room so she could rest, she passed out. I called the ambulance and now all they say is that they are checking on her because even if this might not be anything, it can also be something." Stefan whispered.
