My baby boy was finally 1 today and it was also Kentrell's 23rd
For Nasir's birthday we ended up having a nerf war party at a building Derek rented
"Ma!" Nasir yelled while he walked over to me holding the gun up like he was tryina shoot me
"Damn that's how you feel. After I pushed your big ass head out"
He shot the gun and one of the bullets almost hit my leg
"You gone shoot mommy like that booga?" My momma asked him and he smiled before walking away
"He grew up so fast" I told momma while I watched him walk off and poked out my bottom lip
"They always grow up fast..." she laughed "before you know it they got kids of their own and you gonna be wishing you could go back on time just to hold them as a baby one more time"
I looked at her "that's how you feel right now huh?"
She nodded and I hugged her "awe mommy"
"Y'all just grew up so fast"
"Well if it makes you feel better I'll forever be your babygirl"
Momma laughed and nodded "that, you are"
"Ma. Can you hold Kennedi real quick?" Elena asked as she passed Kennedi off to momma
"Why you look like you on a mission?" I asked her with a laugh
"Cause I'm bout to light they asses up with that gun. Especially whoever shot me in the forehead" she answered before grabbing one of the guns and walked off
"As long as they'on shoot up my baby" I told momma while I walked off to go sit down, feeling one of the nerf bullets hit my arm and Kemoni laughed. I turned around to see her cracking up while she and kaleb held guns in their hands
"Damn. It's just shoot Noel up day huh?"
Kaleb shot me with the gun again so I sighed and walked over to him "let me see that real quick"
He handed me the gun and I shot both him and Kemoni with it causing them to run off laughing
"Can't put the guns down now, huh?" Baby joe asked with a laugh and I mimicked his laugh before shooting him with the nerf gun
"Real funny now ain it?"
He held up the giant nerf gun he was holding and started shooting at me
"Where the fuck you get that big ass gun from?" I asked him while I tried to dodge the bullets but it was too many coming out
"Aye. These shits come with clips" Kentrell yelled out as he walked over to us and started shooting at me too
