I feel like I've just had my heart ripped out of my chest and thrown onto the floor . I stood there dumbfounded for a second when Gianna's laugh snapped me back to life . "So let's go to lunch " she squealed. They walked ahead and I followed behind looking like a third wheel . I saw Alejandro and Kairi sitting at a table with two more guys and went to join them . "Hey guys what's up " I said as I sat down . "Hey Hannah this is Alvaro and Roshaun" Alejandro said gesturing to the guys , "guys this is Hannah she's the new foreign exchange student" . We exchange greetings and then everyone started eating and talking crap .
Kairi scooted closer " are you not eating Han?" he asked as Mattia and Gianna walked over and sat on the opposite side of us . "Nah I've suddenly lost my appetite" I said scowling at Mattia who's eyes haven't left his food . Kairi gave me a sympathetic smile and a side hug which actually made me feel so much better . Roshaun is probably the most fun out of all of them and was acting a complete fool the entire time we were eating , being around them definitely lifted my mood so much, I even cracked a few jokes that made them laugh . I even heard Mattia hold back his laugh. I shouldn't being thinking about him I reminded myself .
