"Red! There's a letter from Ace!" Dadan called out to me,

"Coming!" I called back to her,

I picked up my stick and moved it across the ground, moving quickly to the hut. I sat down by Dogra, as Margra read the letter, everyone went silent and the atmosphere changed. After he was finished, I ran out of the hut. They all called for me and chased after me, but I was able to outrun them, despite not being able to see anything. I climbed up into the treehouse and hid there, pulling my knees close to my body as I cried. He promised me, he said he would love me and come back after he made a name for himself! After he had defeated Whitebeard!

~Time Skip brought by Rose being a Blind Badass,~

It's been a month since I had snuck away from Dawn Island, I had made it to the Grand Line, and to an island called Scarlet Island. I loved it here, everyone was so kind and sweet to me. The Mayor and his family 'adopted' me, even though I could take care of myself, he and his wife enjoyed having me live with them.

"Mayor! There's a Pirate Ship docking!!" Tito, a seven-year-old boy ran into the house,

"Tito!-I'm so sorry Mayor-san! I told him they were friendly ones," Kiki said, a tweleve-year-old girl,

"It's alright, who are they Kiki?" Kuro-san asked,

"It's Whitebeard and his crew! All of his commanders are there this time too!" Kiki said happily,

I went stiff and I dropped my cup when I heard who it was, I bent down, my hands shaky.

"Rose! Leave it! I'll pick it up!" Ai-san said, pulling me up from the ground and having me sit down,

"I'm so sorry!" I apologized to both of them,

"It's alright, Whitebeard and his crew mean no harm, we are under his protection," Kuro put his hand over mine,

"I-It's not that...." I clenched my hands into fists,

"Are one of the members the guy who broke up with you over a letter??" Kiki asked,

When I went stiff both her and Tito ran out of the house, Kuro sighed and ran after them, Ai sighed and brought me my walking stick after she finished cleaning up. She made sure I looked good and took my arm. Both of us heading towards the dock, where I heard Kiki and Tito yelling at them for being cowards and jerks. I could feel amusement, embarrassment, and shame.

"I'm sorry for their behavior!" Maria apologized to the pirates,

"It's fine, but, may I ask what they're talking about-Yoi?" a man asked,

"That would be my fault, not Maria's or the Children's, please, forgive me," I bowed, I would have gone to the ground if Ai wasn't holding my arm tightly,

"There's no need to bow, it amused most of us," a man said, chuckling

"You think it's amusing?!!-One of you jerks broke her heart!!" Kiki screamed,

"Yeah!! Fight Me!!" Tito shouted,

I smiled a little and stood up straight. Ai let go of my arm, as I made my way over to where John was holding him, I lifted my hand and messed up his hair, giggling a little.

"Calm down Tito, I'm fine, I told you, both of you I got over it," I turned my head to where Kiki was being held,

"I can understand why they're upset, I think you should still be upset," Maria sighed,

"HEADS!" he shouted,

"ACE YOU IDIOT!!!" a woman screamed,

I lifted my stick and twirled it as some knives embedded themselves into my stick. I felt the woman's anger, it quickly went away when she saw my stick.
