Nikki sat in the bare closet, chain smoking cigarette after cigarette. Attempting to drown out the lingering scent of Vanity's perfume. Even after almost five months of her being gone, it was still there. He gazed up at the empty hangers that use to hold expensive dressed and shirts, some with the pricetags still on them. He rubbed his face, wincing at the faint burn from rubbing his eyes too much.

He may be sober, but closets still made him feel safe. However, they would let his thoughts run wild. He knew he could easily make one little phone call and it would ruin everything he's work towards. But he didn't want to do that. He thought to himself that if he stayed sober, Vanity would come back. But the longer this went on, he realized she wasn't coming back.

It took less then two weeks for his number to be blocked. He even went out of his way and wrote a letter to her moms house, but it was returned a few days later, unopened. The guys, especially Tommy gave him an earful when they found out, don't even get him started on what the press is saying:

'The Princess doesn't get her happy ending with former junkie rockstar Nikki Sixx'

'Rock n Roll 101: don't bring the groupies home when you have a fiancé'

'Nikki Sixx trades in heiress for playboy bunny, Brandi Brandt'

*flashback, Nikki's POV*

I stepped into the Mötley jet plane with my carry on bag. I threw it down in the seat before I sat down, kicking my feet up before they were shoved off by Tommy. He then threw a magazine in my lap. I picked it up reading the headline,
'Nikki Sixx's engagement is over'

I threw the magazine on the floor as I glared up at T-bone, "What? You got something to say to me?" I asked as he laughed at me.

"You are such a piece of shit! What the hell were you thinking!" Tommy began yelling at me as he towered over me,
"How could you fucking do this to her?! After everything your dumbass has done to Van this is how you repay her?!" He continued as I tried getting up, but he shoved me back down into the leather chair.

"Just fuck off man, alright?! It's none of your god damn business!" I fought back as he rolled his eyes at me,
"You're just acting like this because you've always had a little crush on her, just fuck off." I ordered but he grabbed me by my leather jacket and pulled me up to my feet. I quickly shoved him back away from me and into the chair across the aisle

"Guys, guys! Stop!!" Vince got between us as he shoved Tommy away from me.

"You deserve an ass kicking. You deserve to have my drumstick shoved so far up your fucking ass that you-"
"Enough!!" Mick yelled, throwing down his guitar as we all stared at him.
