"I can't believe you woke me up this early." Ruth said with a yawn as they drove through the already crowded streets of New York.

"How are you feeling?" Bobby asked.

"Sleepy." Ruth replied.

"I mean are you still feeling sick?" Bobby asked.

"Not too much." Ruth said but her head was pounding. "I don't know why such a fuss for a cold- I've never been to a doctor for a cold before."

"You've been sick all week- what if it's not a cold? What if it's worse?" Bobby said, making Ruth roll her eyes.

"What if it's worse?" Ruth mimicked. "it's not. Besides, if my appointment isn't until 2, why are you dragging me out so early?"

"Because, Ruth my dear, I'm not driving all the way home to pick you up and then drive you to the appointment, and then drive you back, and then drive back to the office." Bobby explained. "I'm leaving early as it is today so I'm getting an early start to make up for it."

"And I have to sit and be tortured with you?" Ruth asked.

"You get to sit in my office and watch movies on the laptop while I work." Bobby said, "It'll go by quickly."

"Why can't you just find a doctor that can see me on Saturday?" Ruth said, rolling her eyes.

"Ruth, come on. I'm doing my best. You just started school you've been out for almost a week. Help me out, okay? One day. Bobby said. Ruth sighed.

"Yeah, whatever." She said, rolling her eyes as they pulled up to a parking garage entrance. She looked up, noticing how tall the building was.

"Wow." She said after a few minutes. "You work in this building?"

"Yes." Bobby said with a grin. "It's much nicer inside. Wait until you see it."

"I should have know it was a fancy office like this... I mean, did you see the house?" Ruth asked, making Bobby laugh.

"I know, it's nice." Bobby said with a smile.

"Yeah but why do they live so far? I mean, if I had all the money in the world, I'd want a big house in Manhattan." Ruth said.

"They do." Bobby said, remembering the house. "It's Matt's."

"Wow, what's that like?" Ruth asked. "I bet it's fabulous."

"As are all things with the Carltons." Bobby said.

"We should move to Manhattan." Ruth said, "I mean, you're making the big bucks now."

"Yeah, right. Trust me, I can't afford anything in Manhattan." Bobby said.

"I thought you said  that you got a raise." Ruth said.

"Yeah but not as much as that. Come on." Bobby said as they pulled into her parking spot.

"Ugh. Fine." Ruth said, "But I want a tour of the building."

"I'll get an intern to show you around." Bobby said.

"It's creepy here, is it always this way?" Ruth asked, as they got out of the car.

"It's a parking garage, what did you expect? Besides, it's less creepy when there are more people in the building." Bobby said, looking around at how empty the garage was.

"Did you hear that?" Ruth said suddenly, placing a hand on Bobby's arm.

"What?" Bobby asked with a raised brow, looking around.

"That." Ruth said, looking around.

"I don't here any-" Bobby began to say but Ruth suddenly screamed, making her jump back and scream too.
