To say my life would be forever with a gang leader would've been crazy on my head. Maybe I just like crazy a little too much. Crazy is good. Crazy is the man looking at the instructions manual as if its a geometry problem. Which, he also isn't very good at.

I married a high school drop-out if you couldn't tell.

I laugh and lean against the door frame smiling, "do you need help?"

He looks at me and frowns, "I can't build a bed."

I shake my head and smile. I walk over to him and wrap my arms around his neck and kiss his head, "We'll hire someone. Come on. I made food."

He smiles and stands up following me to the kitchen. Our house was new. It needed a lot of work, but Nick and I wanted it to be that way. We wanted something that we did together. Building our own home was a start.

He sits down and smiles, "How are you?" He looks at me.

I kiss his head, "I'm amazing, Nicky." I grin and hear a faint cry from the living room. "There he is."

Nick grins and stands up and walks to Aaron, "Hey, hey, shh. It's okay bubba. I'm here."

I grab Alexis from the floor and she coos and smiles up at me, "Hi boogie." I grin and kiss her head.

We adopted Aaron and Alexis when they were firstborn. Their mom was unable to take care of them. She decided drugs were more important, but Nick and I gladly took them.

I couldn't have my own and I was okay with that fact. After about a year, I figured I would graduate college and be in medical school and that happened. Than we found Aaron and Alexis and Nick and I both knew it was time to move out of the mansion and live for ourselves.

After years of saving up we had plenty of money to get a house and fix it up and be able to raise a family.

I smile to myself and chuckle. Nick looks at me and smiles. Aaron giggles and squirms. Nick puts him down and he crawls over to me.

Nick grabs Alexis from me and laughs, "Mommas boy."

I grin and kiss his head, "It's okay. Alexis is your new princess." I scrunch my nose.

Nick laughs, "You've been promoted to a queen." He grins and walks over to me and kisses me gently, "Don't worry. You'll always be the first princess."

I smile widely, "You'll always be my first baby"

He hums, "I better be." He points accusingly at Aaron and laughs.

My family. My beautiful and wonderful family.

And Claire and Nick completed there house and now are living in San Francisco with there beautiful family.
