"jordyn, guess who called me at work!" my mom said excitedly. "who?" i asked. "adrian's mom" my eyes widened. "adrian? from elementary school? like my old "boyfriend" adrian?" i asked. "mhm! they moved back here in jersey and guess where, across the street!" she exclaimed.
"no way that's awesome!" i said. adrian and i were the bestest of friends in elementary school mostly because we were both very smart but we just had the same personalities. we were both shy and quite but once we realized we were like the same person we were little rascals.
"okay pero we have to clean the house because i invited them over for dinner." my mom told me. i nodded "okay, not that there's much to clean, this house is always clean." i laughed. "you're not wrong, but what about your room?" she asked. "okay, i'll go clean that." i said
