Chapter 30: Surprised at Starbucks

Billies POV

*Zoe calls Billie*

I wake up to the sound of a ringing phone, and I realize I'm in Melodys room. I stayed over for the night after prom ended yesterday. I look to my right but no ones next to me.

It's Zoe who's calling

Z: "Billie where u at? I'm at the gym now"
B: "oh shit it's today?"
Z: "yes dumbass"
B: "aight I'll be there in one hour"
Z: "I'm already here you fool"
B: "sorry I forgot to set my alarm I just woke up"
Z: "just put on some joggers and a shirt"
B: "I'm at melodys"
Z: "oh my fucking god then hurry I'll wait in the    cafeteria"

"Who are you talking to babe?" Melody says walking in wrapped in a towel
only a towel...
"Oh fuc-" I say

Z: "Billie are you there?! Bil, Billie, BILLIE EILISH!!!"
B: "yea sure uhm you know what? Make that 2 hours, bye"
Z: "but Billie yo-"

I hang up  the call and get up from the bed. Melody is looking in her closet for something to wear. I walk towards her from behind.
"If you have to meet Zoe you better be there right in time right" she says
"Nah I got plenty of time, do you wanna join?" I say and hug her from behind.
"Where are you going" melody asks
"The gym" I say
"Sure, if zones fine with it" melody says
"Of course she is" I say
"Okay good" melody says.
"You smell good" I say burying my head into her neck.
"Yeah I bet you would still be asleep if Zoe haven't called" she says giggling
"Then I would have something else to get up to" I say  stroking my fingers through her soft hair.
"Oh really, like what?" She says starting to realize what I mean.
"You really wanna know?" I say teasing her.
"Fuck it I didn't know what to wear either" she says turning around and pushing me into the bed.
"Damn girl" I say while she gets on the top of me.
she start kissing me all the way down my stomach, and then back to my mouth.
"Did you mean something like this?" She says facing me.
"I was more thinking of.." I say rolling on the top of her.
"This" and start kissing her.
"Wait did you lock the door?" I ask
"Oh shit" she says getting up
When she's almost there someone knocks on the door.
"Billie hand me the oversized shirt!" She says
I throw it her way
"Thanks" she says putting it on.
"Hi mom" she says
"Good morning sweetheart, I just wanted to say that breakfast is ready" melodys mom says
"Okay thanks" melody says closing the door
"Well, looks like were gon eat breakfast instead" I say
"So bad timing I swear to god, but to be continued.." melody says smirking.
"Hell yeah" I say getting up from the bed.

Melodys POV

*at the gym*

"Finally it only took about 2 world wars" Zoe says rolling her eyes
"Good to see you too, Mel is training with us" Billie says bro hugging her
"Oh yeah of course" Zoe says
"Hi Zoe" I say hugging her
"Let's go" she says

We start warming up.
And then Billie head straight to the boxing area.

"I didn't know you could box" I say looking surprised at her
"There's a lot about me you don't know mamas" she says putting on some boxing gloves.
"Will I ever find out?" I ask
"You'll never know" she says starting to punch the boxing bag.
"Billie Eilish, mysterious as always" I say shaking my head.

Billies POV

*later at Starbucks*

"Billie Finn is calling you" melody says as I come back from the restrooms
"Thanks babe" I say and answer the call

F: "Billie, Billie you'll never guess what happened over night!!!"
B: "what you mean?" I say sitting down taking a sip of my coffee
F: 900k streams OVERNIGHT!!!
B: "wait are you for real?!" I say
F: "why would I joke!!"
B: "oh my god!!!!!" I say getting surprised over my own excitement
F: "we gotta celebrate it"
B: "yeah duh"
F: "alright see you Billie"

"The song really did hit 900k streams overnightttt" I say leaning back in the couch
"That's amazing Billie!" Zoe and Mel says at the same time
"I'm so proud of you baby" melody says hugging me.
"Thanks baby" I say.
"You finna get hella famous" Zoe says smiling.
"Ha yeah sure" I say ironically.
