The sun started to peek up, making the sky look like a hazy pink.
The doctor had finally put a leash on his thoughts and finished up his 4th cup of coffee. This one was in a travel mug this time.
Marifa drove, yes, slow on the road. It gave her time to think and plot.
'So this patient of his wants to play like that? I'm impressed. Trying to swoon him with a letter, but her handwriting is shit.'
'I'll really have to get a good look at this Olive girl..'

Marifa pulled into the hospital's parking lot section, and then turned, smiling to her brother happily.
He smiled back, hugging her tightly.
"Thank you, sis! Also, thanks for coming, 'ppreciate it."
The doctor was about to open the car door, after undoing his seatbelt, when Marifa suddenly spoke.
"Wait, big brother. I'm coming to, I need to give something back to Pavol."
"The desk girl? I'll do it for you. Give it-"
"No, no don't strain yourself. "
"Um..okay."
He got out, taking out his things and starting making his way to the entrance on the left side. Marifa trailed closely behind, purse in hand and eventually ending up at his side. She discreetly slipped her arm under his, hooking on tight.
They made it to the sliding doors, entering. Both the brother and sister gave an eased "Ahh.." at their satisfaction. The air conditioning inside was a blessing, seeing as it was probably over 70° outside.
Matifa looked around, not being around to visit his brother at work, because you know, she resided in the next one or two cities over.
Pavol waved him over to the main desk, somewhat excited to see him. She wondered in her head, however. He had looked no different from when he left. She thought about if the letter had changed him at all, if he even read it.
The doctor and his sister walked over to him.
Pavol glanced at her quickly.
She returned an evil, and quite intimidating stare with those nasty blue eyes of her. Enraged blue eyes that said, "What?", as they stared deeply into Pavol's sand whipped and suspicious black eyes.
The doctor looked fine. As far as Pavol knew, the man's legs weren't broken. So why did she drop by all of a sudden?
Pavol, knowing exactly what Marifa's true colors for quite an amount of years, quickly adapted the idea that she was plotting something. And if anything, she wasn't plotting anything good.
Marifa put a smile fake as plastic towards Pavol.
"Good morning, Ms. Pavolitou! Did you sleep good last night, with your..get-up?"
Pavol returned a smile, but it was a smile that said, "Back off."
"Yes, of course! And did you shower and eat well, with your..get-up?"
Marifa was smart in thinking and her verbal skill, able to say things that only the person she was speaking to would understand. She had perfected her lyrical technique, after being around with her mother and friends a lot.
Her mother went to these little outings with other mom friends, and encouraged Marifa to play with other girls and their moms.
Of course, she did not.
