Mal and Carlos walked back into the castle. Mal walked towards the stairs "Are you sure you're okay?" She asked Carlos. The white-haired boy nodded "I'm fine! I probably just hit my head or something, nothing to worry about." He said. Mal turned around and looked at him "I'm just trying to figure out what happened to you earlier." She said.
Carlos wrapped his arms around her waist "I'm fine, maybe someone accidentally hit me with their magic or something." He said. Mal started to think "But no one in Auradon has magic except for Fairy Godmother." She said.
That's when it hit her, "No one good has magic. Audrey." She said. Carlos shook his head "No, I don't think she was there. I'm pretty sure I would remember if she was." He said.
Mal cups his face in her hands "But what if you don't want to remember? What if she won't let you re-" "Stop worrying. I'm fine, and you'll be the first one to know if something's wrong." He tells her. The two villains walked up the stairs and walked towards their room.
They heard some strange noises coming from Jay and Evie's room. Carlos chuckled "Sounds like they're having fun." He said. Mal shakes her head "Next time we leave, we take them with us. The second we're gone they start to be horny teenagers." She said.
Carlos shrugged "Can't blame them. Do you remember what we used to do when they were gone?" He asked her. Mal shrugged "We watched movies, talked about how annoying our mothers were, etcetera etcetera." She reminded him.
Carlos rolled his eyes at her "Fine, deny it. I'll go check on Melanie." He said and walked to the room next to theirs. Carlos opened the door carefully and peeked inside. He saw his daughter sleeping on her bed hugging her dalmatian plushie. He smiled and closed the door.
The white-haired boy walked into his bedroom and saw Mal already fast asleep on the bed.
He smiled and walked towards his closet and got changed. He walked over to the bed and changed Mal's clothing as well. He lied down behind her and holds her tightly "Evil dreams." He whispered and closed his eyes.

Meanwhile, an evil laugh escaped Audrey's lips. She watched the couple fall asleep next to each other. "It's about to get a little ugly." She smirked, "Things may not be what they seem, in this dream, you will scream." she said quietly. The Queen of mean laughed "Sweet dreams." She said. Lime green smoke came out of her scepter and disappeared through the window.

Back in the castle, Mal and Carlos were fast asleep next to each other. The lime green smoke slipped through one of the windows. It slowly made their way over to the couple. Mal and Carlos breathed in the smoke. At first, not a lot happened, but then things started to change.
Mal's dream started with her walking through the forest. "Mal." Someone whispered.
Mal turned around but there was no one behind her.
She shrugged it off and continued to walk "Is someone here?" Her voice echoed through the forest. No one answered.
The purple-haired girl kept walking until she saw a dark figure standing a couple of feet away from her. She tried to get a better look at him, but it was too dark. She stepped closer "Hello? Carlos is that you?" She asked. The dark figure shook his head slowly.
Mal smiled a little "Is this a game or something?" She asked the figure.
It nodded slowly. Mal sighs "Can you speak?" She asked. It nodded again and stepped closer to her. Mal folded her arms over her chest "Dude, just start talking." She said.
The figure stepped closer again and grabbed Mal "Carlos, stop scaring me." She said. It took off its hood revealing a white-haired boy.
Mal smiled at him "What are you doing here?" She asked him. He didn't answer, he holds onto her hands as tightly as he could. He opened his mouth about to speak when blood started to drip out of it. Mal's eyes widen "Carlos!" She said.
He squeezes her hands "W-We shouldn't have come." He said before collapsing and falling onto the ground. Mal knelt next to him "Carlos! Carlos, wake up! Carlos?" The purple-haired girl started to cry. He wasn't responding...nor breathing.
When Mal looked up there was someone in front of her. The person laughed "Enjoying the view? Don't you just love the smell of dog blood?" they said. Mal's eyes were glowing "Who are you?! Why did you do this?!" She yelled. The person knelt revealing their face, "All villains must die, starting with the king of the Isle of the lost. Why did I do it? Because I want the queen to suffer as she's forced to watch everyone she ever loved die." He said.
Mal spits in his face "You won't get away with this!" She yelled. He wiped the saliva off his face "Too bad you weren't there to protect him. Tell me, Mal, do you enjoy watching innocent people suffer?" He asked her. Mal gulped slightly getting a flashback of her mother "Sometimes." She admitted. He chuckled "Then you will love this." He said...

Carlos' dream started with him waking up in his mother's closet. He looked around and saw a mirror. He carefully made his way towards it. He sat on his knees in front of the mirror and looked at himself. It was like he had gone back in time.
This is what he looked like before he went to Auradon "What the-"
"Carlos!" Cruella screamed. The door opened and the woman walked inside.
Her eyes fell on the boy. She made her way towards him and grabbed him by his hair pulling him out of the room. "Mother! Please, let me go!" Carlos begged her, "You are hurting me!" He said. Cruella glanced down at her son "That's the point!" She said and threw him down the stairs. Carlos rolled down the stairs with his mother walking up behind him.
Carlos looked up slightly and saw a pair of purple boots. He glanced upward and saw Mal standing in front of him with Jay and Evie by her side. "Mal...Mal, please." He begged her. She knelt next to him and grabbed him by his hair "Don't worry, Cruella, we will take care of him." She said. The three friends started to attack the boy.
They punched and kicked the poor boy as he struggled to fight back. When Mal climbed on top of him to punch him again he grabbed her wrists. Mal's eyes turned bright green "Mal, please stop." The boy begged her. Mal looked down at the boy "Why would I?" She asked him. Carlos tried to sit up but Mal pushed him down. She held one of her graffiti bottles against his throat trying to strangle him, "M-Mal...please... I thought...I thought we were friends." He said between breaths. Mal smirked "We? Friends?" She laughed.
Carlos didn't give up, he grabbed Mal's wrists again and pushed her off pinning her to the floor. Mal smirked "You shouldn't have done that, Dog Boy." She said. Carlos looked to his left and saw Jay punching him before he blacked out.

A/N: I tried to make these dreams a little creepy or darker than usual. Fun fact! The dream Carlos had was actually supposed to be the opening scene in my first Descendants book! Kind of cool right? I hope you liked it!
