Sitting inside a cafe, Jungkook rubbed his faces a couple of time before turning to look towards his best friend, Jimin. "I don't know.." he mumble trying to get out one things from his head. "You shouldn't be lying to her nor yourself" Jimin says looking at him with a concern looks.

Jungkook's eyes sadden as he was feeling guilty to what happen on himself. He fell out of love with you. Yes, that is happening and the most important thing is.. he was scared, to leave and make you broken when he himself promised you that he'll be here with you forever.

Even if he didn't feel anything towards you, the thought of you leaving him is still fears him the most.

"You're selfish Jungkook.. what if she knows about this one day? You're not only gonna break her, you also going to lose her not just as a girlfriend but also as a friend" Jimin's words made him freezes. He know it, he know it too well yet he refused to believe.

He wish to still grows on his feeling towards you. He wanted to be the one for you. But sadly, he himself aware of the fact that he just pity you. It's not love, and no matter what.. you're going to be hurt whether you hear it now or later.

Jimin lowered his gaze when he spotted a tears falling from Jungkook's eyes. He know how hurt he is.

But he also know how much pain both of you will go through if he keep it to himself. A relationship couldn't work with just one side love. Jungkook need to realize how he's not the one to hold you. Even if he doesn't want to admit it. Because you deserve happiness, and he also need it.

Jungkook sit still on the couch as you walk out with just a short and white crop top covering your body. Smiling, you take a sit besides him trying to cuddle up with him but to your surprise he move away.

You frown, but decided not to make it bigger. Shrugging it off, you grab the remotes, turning on the TV's as Jungkook clear his throat making your attention turn towards him.

"What's wrong?" You asked calmly. He gulped not wanting to continue his plans but he remind himself that he need to do this. "Y/n.. I want to talk" he says, now turning his whole body towards you.

His faces was so serious, it scaring you as you gulped looking at his eyes in nervousness. "Kook, don't scare me" you says lowly, he hold your hands and close his eyes before leaning closer until his lips reach yours but still leaving some spaces in between.

He was trying. He was trying to make his heart beat the same way it used to be. Yet, everything was different. He was denying himself and letting you hurt.

"Tell her jungkook.. tell her to break up, you have to let her free" that's what his heart told him. "But you can still keep her and try to let yourself fall again for her" and that's what his brain tell him. He was devastated.

You look at him in the eyes, trying to read him. Jungkook still blankly looking at you. His mind couldn't even listen to him. "Tell me what's wrong kook..what happen?" You asked.

Jungkook sigh and smiles. "Nothing.. I just want you to know that I love you" he decided to lie towards himself. He decides to make himself fall for you again. No matter how hard it takes.

Your eyes softened when the words left his mouth. "I love you too" you mumble burying your faces onto his necks smelling his scents.

His hand patting your hair as another one holding you tight in his embraces.

But the truth is you know there's something wrong, you heard how those words came out lifeless from his mouth. You realize how he's holding you with no emotions inside him.

Yet you also refused to believe. You also didn't want to know his true attention. You don't want to lose him like how he's afraid to lose you. And everything ended up toxic. This relationship already gone from what you both wanted it to be
