Chails' POV
The minutes turned into hours and the hours turned into days with no signs of Teddy. I cried myself to sleep every night, begging Teddy to come home. My Mom and Dad posted it up everywhere that Teddy was missing. Tons of people promised to keep an eye out, but nobody told us any good news. "We'll NEVER find Teddy!" I wailed. My Mom smoothed down my fur.
"Shh... It's ok... We'll find Teddy soon... I promise..." Then we heard a knock at the door. My Mom and Dad went to answer it.
"Chails! Come here! We have a surprise for you!" My Dad shouted. I sighed and sadly walked out with slumped shoulders. Then I saw Teddy. He was in a basket full of chocolate!
"TEDDY!!!" I yelled, lunging towards the basket and I picked up Teddy. I spun him around happily and cheered. "YOU'RE BACK!! YOU'RE BACK!! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOUR BACK!!" My parents laughed at my reaction. "I'LL NEVER LET YOU GO AND I'LL NEVER LET YOU OUT OF MY SIGHT EVER AGAIN!!!"
