I let out a sigh, tapping my pencil against the desk.

School was boring.
I hated it.

I graduate this year, so I finally get to say "au reviour, bitch".

Once the bell rings, I rush out of the class along with everyone else.

I walked out of the school after I put my things in my locker.
I looked around for the white truck that always picked me up.

I spotted it and walked over. Oliver opened the door for me.

"Hey, how was school today?"
He asked with a smile.

"Horrible."
I said with a playful smile.
He chuckled.

"Oh I know,"
He said with a small laugh.

I chuckled and looked out the window.
"Are you picking up Norman, Emma, and Ray today?"
I asked, searching for them with my eyes.

"Nope. The... the old man,"
He said, snapping his fingers, trying to think of his name.

"Mike! Mike, he said he wanted to pick them up today. He wanted to pick you up too, to talk to you. But... i doubt you want your ear back,"
He said.

I subconsciously touched my bandages where my ear used to be.
"Yeah. I did a Vincent Van Gogh and I'm not changing it."
I chuckled.

(Get it? Cuz he chopped his ear off? Hahhahhahahahah
So anyway)

He chuckled.
"So it's just you and me today,"
He said with a playful wink.

I scoffed.
"Don't say it like that,"
I laughed.

"Like what?"
He challenged.

"You know how,"
I stated, looking him in the eyes.

He narrowed his eyes at me.
Then I blinked.

"I win! Okay, we're going to my dorm today,"
He said cheerfully.

"Why?"
I asked, tilting my head.

"There's a party tonight. I want you to make some friends!"
He said.

He knew how hard it was at school for me to make friends.
The thing was that nobody wanted to be around me.

I mean... a girl who came from a different world, chopped off her ear, lost her memories, is smarter than most of everyone?

Emma made friend quickly though, she didn't care what they said about her. And she didn't mention most of the stuff.

I just seemed crazy, and that's why it was hard for them to communicate with me.

"I know you tend to make friends better with people older than you, maybe you'll like my friends,"
He said.
