Reader's POV

In October, I fell in love with her.
I fell in love with her smile.
I fell in love with her determination to save others
I fell in love with her beautiful and kind eyes.
I fell in love with her.

"How's your head?"
Anna asked, coming into the hospital room.
"Bleh,"
I said.
Chris entered behind her, some flowers in his hand.
He was eleven now and he always came to visit when Anna did.
He always brought a flower with him and he would tell me all about it.
"How are you today, Y/n?"
Chris asked, hopping onto the foot of the bed.
Anna smiled and touched my forehead.
It had only been a year since I was reunited with everyone and here I was.
Here's how it happened...

Norman, Anna, and I were at the tree house we'd made.
I guess it wasn't able to hold all of us properly
Anyway, the part I was sitting on broke apart, I hit my head on the metal piece, blacked out, and fell into the river.

I know I'm a loser.
Norman and Anna didn't know how to swim, of course they didn't, we were raised to be cattle.
But either way, Anna rushed into the river and searched for me.
Norman helped her.
When they finally found me, they had to rush me to the hospital.
Poor Anna believes it's all her fault.
Really, it's mine for not building it correctly.

Welp, now I'm here.
My injuries were really bad, well my head was.
Although I guess hitting my head hard brought my memories back, because I did remember everything now.
Anna frowned and sat down on the chair next to my bed
She had a tray with a McDonald's kid meal on it
"I know you like the kid meals,"
She started with a chuckle.
Her hair had grown longer, but it was braided as usual. Her eyes were a gorgeous blue.
