Rachel's Thoughts

Dean POV

I watched my mate leave to go dress shopping and turn to face my team and her team that was remaining. "Could everyone please meet in our office?" I ask them. They all nod and head towards our office. I walk in and lean back into my desk chair. Theo grins at me knowing what we are about to talk to them about.

"Thank you, so we need your help with something that needs to stay very confidential. Only the people in this room, along with Bree and Blair can know what we are about to discuss. Rachel cannot know." I start my speech and see everyone looking a little surprised and confused.

I think you are scaring them. Theo links while he chuckles.

I roll my eyes at him and their reaction. "We would like to plan a surprise birthday party for Rachel's 25th birthday. I also need help planning a proposal for her. I have the ring picked out and permission from her father." I say and her team squeals very loudly and giggles as they rush over to look at the ring that I had pulled out of my desk drawer.

I grin at their enthusiasm. "OMG she is going to love this!! We have to plan the perfect proposal!" Olivia practically yells in excitement.

"Yes!" Caroline agrees as they look at the ring with wide eyes.

"What is your plan?" Greer asks as she gets her senses back and is ready to plan.

"Well we need to plan the party. I was thinking a backyard barbeque with our families and friends. That way she can show off the house. I was planning on proposing after we sing happy birthday to her." I say. The girls look at me with small smiles.

"That's a great start. Why don't we get a karaoke machine and have that by the pool? We can have lawn games set up like we did for the welcoming party. We can have fireworks for after she says yes. We will have several photographers as well to capture all of it." Greer suggests. I nod in agreement. These were good suggestions.

"That sounds great!" I tell them. They smile and hurry back to their seats to take notes and plan out what they want to do.

"How is the Ceremony coming?" Theo asks them.

"It is good sir. We have everything planned and ready for the Ceremony." Garrett explains. "Invitations have been sent out and we already have RSVPs back."

"Sounds great." Theo tells them.

"Will you approve these invitations for Rachel's party so we can send them out today?" Greer asks as she brings over her laptop. I look at it and they looked great.

"Approved." I tell her. Theo agrees and she nods and sends them to the printers for them to be printed.

I hear the front door open and close and in minutes my mate and Cas with the rest of her team enter our office. "Hello love, how was the dress shopping?" Theo asks as she comes in.

"It was good." She says and sits on the couch.

"Girls look at the dress!" Bree squeals and pulls out her phone to show the other girls. They all gasps and make noises of excitement.

"Rachel you look gorgeous!" Caroline tells her. Rachel blushes and the phone gets passed around to my team. The boys all smile and some make low whistles at the picture.

"The kings will love this my Queen." Jared tells her. I smile at that. She was beautiful and I know she would look amazing in anything.
