Everything went smoothly as planned. A week before the engagement, xuan lu along with zhan and yibo returned to beijing.Yubin, zan jin and ji li would arrive in beijing two days before the engagement ceremony.

To both zhan and yibo's dismay, each of them had to stay in their houses.ofcourse it was initiated by none other than their parents. Zhan had to stay with his family while yibo with his own. But the parents agreed to give them chances to meet up occasionally.

Xuan lu's husband Cao Yuchen and her son jin ling arrived soon after. Although zhan and yuchen didnt like each other much, they still managed to get along because xuan lu loves yuchen and as long as his beloved shijie is happy, zhan can accept anything. But most of the time zhan and yuchen would bicker like 3 year olds and xuan lu along with zhan's parents and siblings would facepalm behind their back. Jin ling was more than delighted to get back to his uncle zhan and uncle Cheng and his cousin Yuan. The two elder brothers adored their nephew and yuan literally cried in delight when jin ling reunited with him after two years. Both yibo's and zhan's family were busy preparing the upcoming event.

Aside from spending time and going on dates with yibo, zhan would also spend some quality time with his nephew. Jin ling took a great liking to yibo and was mildly fascinated when he got to know that yibo was a motorbike racer. Once zhan and yibo took jin ling and yuan with them.

While sitting inside the cafe, zhan couldn't help but smile with adoration as he saw yibo with jin ling and yuan sitting on his either sides and both of the kids listening to their ''uncle bobo" talking about how many bike races he won and different types of racing bikes he owned, with their mouth open in admiration and awe and asking yibo countless questions. Now it seemed like "Uncle Cheng's" brilliant mind in playing chess was of less interest to the two kids and their "uncle bobo's" racing legacy was much more fascinating. Zhan smothered his laugh as he imagined zhuo cheng's grumpy face.

Picture a very grandly decorated event hall room....

....now picture the grandness ten times more than the grandness u imagined earlier.

That's how it was.

The entire place was decorated with fresh red roses and bright yellow sunflowers. Roses were zhan's favorite and sunflowers were yibo's. Probably would look a bit odd....yellow and red everywhere, but thanks to the skilled event planning,the place looked like heaven on the mortal realm.

Many people , mostly relatives of the two families were there, enjoying and talking with each other. Zhan and yibo's parents' smile never left their faces. Yuan and jin ling were in their second best outfit ( the first best one was was kept for the wedding later). Xuan lu looked beyond happy as she sat with her husband and zhuo Cheng. Although yuchen and zhan were sort of arch enemies, he still couldn't help but feel happy for his brother in law.

After a while, everyone went silent and their attention diverted towards the front where two insanely handsome young men arrived and stood, smiling from ear to ear.

They looked so much like greek gods, anyone ever had the right to be. Yibo wore a black tuxedo which hugged his body perfectly. His hair, which usually covered half side of his forehead, was brushed aside neatly showing his full forehead. He looked dashing, with the happy smile plastered on his handsome features.
