Micah's P.O.V

I laid there in pain trying to focus on De's voice but the more I tried to focus, the fainter it got. I got to pull through. I can't leave her like this but I nothing I was doing was working. I was in so much pain but I was still trying to hold on to her voice, I even starting thinking back to when we first met. Damn we been through a lot within the past 6 years and here I was finally trying to make it right. I could hear my name being yelled over and over Micah, Micah, Micah, Micah, Micah but I eventually just had to let go I tried to fight against as long as I could and then darkness surrounded me. Just when I thought I was gone I could hear my named being called again.

"Micah" the female voice. I jumped and looked around confused touching my chest for the gunshot wounds. Everyone was minding their business. "Are you ok?" the girl asked, that was sitting in front of me. I looked at Delondon as she looked at me confused. What the hell?

"Um yea, what... what happened?" I asked still confused because where we were. I swear we were just at the grand opening but now we were at Jordan's crib off campus. The first place I tried to talk to Delondon.

"Well you sat down and introduced yourself and then you just started to stare off into space" she said, looking uneasy. "Look are you sure you're ok it looks like you've seen a ghost maybe I should get Tonio" she said about to get up, I reached my hand out to stop her. She flinched and gave me a look before sitting back down. "What the hell was that?" she asked. I think she just saw what I had been seeing. "Have we meet?" she asked confused as well.

Realizing what was happening I finally gathered myself. I'm not sure why but it seems as if God has giving me another chance at life. "No, we haven't but I would love to get to know you one day Delondon" I said. I got up smiling. I'm doing things right this time. "Nice meeting you Delondon, I hope to see you around" I said. She looked confused but said an ok.

Still in ear shot I could hear her friend, the one that's Tonio cousin ask her what our encounter was about. "Idk he introduced himself to me and then...idk but I feel like we've meet before" she said.

I left the party that night thinking about Delondon. I had to be very careful with this situation. I knew she was my wife, but I just can't act on that.

Delondon and I established a friendship. We were strictly friends for about two years before I asked her out on a date and the rest is history and now, we have four kids together. Two daughter Leila and Delilah, and two sons, Micah Jr and Malachi. I knew that Delondon could tell that some type of way we had some history, but she didn't see it like I did. Since we've been together, I would always say little things before they happened, and she just look at m shocked and aske me how I knew such a thing. Of course, I wasn't going to tell that we've been through it all before. I'm just glad that I was able to give her everything she deserved and more without causing her all that pain. Women especially Black women deserved to have love that didn't have to go through hell before. And men, need to learn to leave women alone until they're ready for me. I knew I wasn't ready to be with just one girl when I first met De this second time around. So, I did me and she did her and when it was time, I scooped my shawty up and now we're living happily ever after. I get to keep my wife, all my kids and my best friend Keeb. I'm not sure why God gave me a second chance, but I promise I won't be taken it for granted.

I was sitting in my office at the restaurant when my wife walked in. "Baby guess what?" she said.

"Kim is retiring and making you CEO of the PR firm" I said without even looking up.

"How do you do that?" she asked walking towards me.

"I just know but congratulations, baby" I said pulling her on to my lap and giving her a kiss.

A beautiful wife with a successful career, beautiful kids, a successful restaurant, and a successful sports commentator. I'm glad I did shit the right way.

A/N: This is officially the end. I want to thank each and every one of you for being patient with me and enjoying my books. I have had plenty of books on Wattpad and these are the only two I've ever finished. There will not be another book about Micah and Delondon. I feel like they have received a happy ending and I do not want to put more drama in their lives. However if you guys want small little one chapter short stories here and there, I'd be willing to do that but this is about it. Also this was just an alternate ending, so if there were to be a continuous of their love story it would be from the previous chapter not this one.
