Hey, everyone!

Welcome to my first fic after a long time.

I unpublished this fic before because I simply wasn't finished, but I can assure you guys that it's been proofread and thought about very carefully. I found myself really wanting to write this fic, so I gave it a shot.

Now, a little bit about the characters in this story; they are actually game characters owned by Du Ming and Tang Rou from The King's Avatar and were shown in the 3rd OVA, and I was sad to discover they didn't have names. So a friend and I made up names for them.

We decided to call the guy "Josaku" and the girl "Akane". Due to this, their ship name is AkaSaku.

Not sure why we gave them Japanese names when they're in a Chinese anime but just roll with it.

They are not my characters, but I reserve all the rights in this fic with regards to the story and wording I chose. Please do not reproduce any part of this fic unless I give my consent.

I have concept doodles I drew of what I wanted them to look like, but the picture wouldn't load on here.

However, if you guys are interested in seeing a comic I drew of them, let me know and I'll try to find a way to show it. It's what inspired this entire fic in the first place.
