Dean and I both decided to take a nap in my room. He slept on the couch and me on the bed.
I ended up waking up at two, so I decided to walk to Duane Reade.
I'll get Dean his card there, since Valentine's Day is tomorrow.
I got up, put on my shoes, and headed out.
I walked there from the hotel and looked around for a bit.
"Excuse me?" I heard a voice of a little girl ask.
"Hi." I told her.
"I'm a big fan of yours." She said. She looked to be about 11.
"Thank you! What's your name?" I asked her.
"Sophie." She said.
"I love that name." I told her.
"Thank you. Can I please get a selfie?" She asked.
"Of course!" I told her.
I smiled for one and then did the duck lips for another.
"So are you getting a card for someone?" She asked.
"Yeah." I told her, "Do you want to pick it out?"
"Yes!" She exclaimed.
She looked around until she held one up for me to look at.
It said 'I love you to the moon and back'
I immediately said no.
After many unsuccessful tries, she finally found a decent card.
"That's the perfect card!" I told her.
"Glad I could help." She said.
"Well thank you, Sophie. It was a pleasure." I told her.
"No thank you! You're my idol!" She exclaimed.
"Bye Sophie!" I told her.
"Bye Ella." She said.
Way to confide in a little girl.
I picked the card up and got some snickers because that's Dean's favorite candy. I got like five snickers to put in a bag. And the card. The total was like 14 dollars.
Not bad.
I brought it back to the hotel. I didn't want to go in because I couldn't have Dean awake while I wrote in it.

Dear Dean,
I don't know what to call you because we're in this whole "It's complicated" phase. But I like you a lot and you're very easy on the eyes. Luckily for me, you're not just looker. I also enjoy your awful jokes and the fact that you can keep up with me. I honestly like everything about you. You always know how to cheer me up and I'm glad that I said yes to the date you begged me to go to, because if I said no, I wouldn't be here right now, with you. Happy Valentines Day!
Xoxo

Hopefully, that'll be good enough. I walked in and Dean was still asleep. I guess now would be a good time to wake him up.
I got really close to his ear and yelled, "Wake up!"
He jumped and immediately sat up.
"Come on Sleeping beauty, we have a show to get to," I told him.
"You're such an asshole." He groaned.
I rolled my eyes and said, "Come on. Let's go."
He got up and grabbed his shoes and put them on. Next, he grabbed his baggy leather jacket and walked out the door.
"So do you have a match tonight?" I asked him.
"Not that I know of. What about you?" Dean asked.
"I have a match against Kaitlyn." I said.
"She'll be tough." Dean replied.
"Yeah she's built as hell." I told him.
"So have you talked to AJ lately? You know since she lost her title." Dean asked.
"No. I totally forgot. I'll talk to her tonight. I know how much that title meant to her, and to lose it to a rookie just like that really sucks." I said.
"Yeah, I get that."
"Also, she told me it was her dream to defend the title at Wrestlemania. She said she wanted to face me." I said, "Who knows who Paige will want to face?"
"She's going to face you because you're amazing and you shouldn't worry about anything." He said, "now let's get in the car and head to the Arena."
We walked down to the lobby hand in hand, and finally arrived at the car. I hopped in, and he did also, soon after.
"So are you ready to kick Kaitlyn's ass?" He asked, which caused me to laugh.
"I kick everyone's ass, so Kaitlyn shouldn't be an issue!" I joked.
We finally arrived and I gave Dean a kiss on the cheek and we parted.
I walked right to the canteen, and luckily Brie was there.
"Hey El!" She exclaimed.
"Hey Breezy." I replied.
"So are you excited for Valentine's Day?" She asked.
"Yeah I guess," I smiled, "I got Dean a card!"
"Seriously?" Brie asked with a similar look Dean had, on her face.
"Yeah do you want to see it?" I asked.
She nodded slowly, so I gave it to her.

She read it aloud, then looked up at me and laughed.

"Aw,  poor sweet Ella, you have so much to learn."
I stuck my tongue out at her while she continued to laugh.
"But in all honestly, what do you think of the card?" I asked.
"Is that all you got him?" She asked.
"I also got him snickers!" I exclaimed.
"You're such a child," she said, "And I don't have an issue with it, but what if he gets you a really nice gift, and you just show up with that!"
"Well, it doesn't matter what he shows up with, because we're not technically dating anyways," I said with a sigh.
