A lovely sunny day companied by a soft breeze and birds singing was an extraordinary combination, particularly with the Club's theme today, the Heian dynasty. All I can say that this is a lot of layering but have to match the theme or else unhappy guests and more debt onto us. All the Hosts were doing their usual thing; Tamaki was charming his guests, Kyoya making the club money, the twins being the twins, Mori-senpai and Honey-senpai being adorable for their guests, and as for Haruhi and I, separately we were simply enjoying the hydrangeas on this lovely day.

Turning my gaze from admiring the hydrangeas, immediately greeted by a ball being hurled in my direction with a cloud of dirt behind it, I caught it with both of my hands and felt the slight burn in my hands. Holding it in one hand, I gazed down to see Tamaki standing with one foot on Haruhi's back as he was yelling at the Twins for almost hurting her even though I think he did more damage to her than the ball could. Well, there goes the peaceful atmosphere and afternoon, a rare combination to have during the Club hours any day.

Helping Haruhi up and watched the chaos these three unleashed, I sighed at the sight of Tamaki kicking the ball out of the atmosphere and knowing that Tamaki likely injured an individual. Estimating the force behind that kick and the direction it went in, Haruhi and I helped clean up for the day to check out where the ball landed and who it hit. Wonder what chaos we'll get into this time?

"Kyoya," I said as I approached him. "How's the budget?"

"It's......decent; however, we'll need to do something to fundraise. I was thinking about another picture book, but the company that we usually get it from is getting a little expensive."

"I have a proposal," I answered, gesturing him to follow to one of the nearby tables and opened the laptop to show him of a company I know well."During my time at Abe, I helped Dimitri with pictures and such, which caused me to do business with a picture printing company, East Express, that offers high quality for lower than what we usually pay with the current printing company we work with now."

As everyone finished cleaning up, I showed him the overall cost and how much we could save work with the East Express printing company overall.

"Have you been thinking over this proposal for a while?"

"No, they approached me after finding out about the Host Club through their friends and daughters. Probably another factor is they don't want to lose a valued customer. They're probably going to call me this week about my answer to their proposal."

"Tell them we'd be interested in their offer, but we need chairmen's approval. Let me guess they gave you a discount?"

"I know how to negotiate my way through a deal, and the chairman has already agreed."

Once we closed the Club and half an hour later, we found where the ball landed, and as we were about to enter, my phone rang, and I looked to see it was the same company—hanging back in the hallway as the others entered the newspaper club while a few noticed me staying behind before I brought the phone up to my ear and mouthed for them to go on without me. Once the door closed behind them, the call connected, and a familiar voice spoke.

"Neh Lotus-chan~ I'm relieved that I finally got a hold of you," The voice chimed happily. "You're a difficult woman to get a hold of."

"Says the one who's constantly asleep or has his agent handle calls of his personal phone, Yui." I tease back with a grin on my face.

"I'm wounded about how cold you are now; Ouran Academy has made you this serious," Shin whined over the phone. "Why can't you come back to Abe? I miss having my daily dose of Lotus-chan."

I simply chuckled and talked a bit further with Shin before hanging up and joining everyone in the Newspaper clubroom to notice the numerous stacks of fresh newspapers, hm so this is what the inside of the Newspaper Club.
