"You're so dramatic" Beomgyu grunted when he was lifted off the ground by Yeonjun bridal style.
"You're the one who's hurting, I'm taking care of you."
This melted Beomgyu's heart, but yet again. . . Yeonjun was the main source of his new sores and a brand new limp. "And who's fault is that?"
"Yours." Yeonjun replied immediately. "Totally yours. Ultimately, utterly, definitely your fault." The older began to walk forward, moving the undergrowth to the side with his antlers. "This is why I don't let you order me around."
"Well then, get a hold of yourself. Use that moral compass you got going on." The younger wrapped his arms around his mate's shoulders and shoved his face against Yeonjun's neck to place light kisses over his soft skin, wanting to give him a small tease.
A shiver ran down Yeonjun's spine just from that, but he pushed that feeling away. They bonded a few hours ago, he wasn't going to throw Beomgyu on the ground and rail him like he had done so before. He just wasn't in the mood to do it again.
"Beomgyu, every sense of morality is gone and thrown out into the ocean when we're together." The older went on, kicking a pebble that was peacefully laying down on the ground with his foot. "That's just the way it is."
Beomgyu let out a giggle and rested his head against Yeonjun's chest. "And that's how it'll always be."
Yeonjun let out a smile and gave the younger a swift wink. "Always."
His tone was sincere, a small nostalgic feeling traveled over to his chest as his mind began to cloud with small memories of his first moments with Beomgyu. His mind went way back from their childhood together to that very night where their souls bonded together.
He was gonna be honest, the first time he had encountered Beomgyu when the two were 10 and 8 years of age, he had been extremely scared of the younger. . . I mean, wouldn't you be scared too? The kid could accidentally burn someone to death by just hugging them!
Either way, despite their weird encounter, they somehow ended up becoming friends, and the friendship turned into something much more beautiful, leading them up to bonding their souls together and automatically become mates.
They really hadn't planned to end up as mates though, they didn't even know that having a little fun at a roof could result in the creation of a bond. . . In fact, you could call their bond an 'accident', something that wasn't planned but done out of love nonetheless.
The sudden smell of ash tickling his nose forced Yeonjun down from his cute cloud of memories. They were close to Fire Tribe's hollow, which meant saying good-bye to his adorable fiery tiger.
He let out a disappointed sigh and with an already heavy heart, he brought Beomgyu down, letting go of his legs so the younger could stand up.
Typically, Beomgyu tripped over himself and ended up falling back into Yeonjun's arms, which mind you, were already holding him quite tightly.
Beomgyu wrapped his arms around Yeonjun's shoulders and rubbed his cheek against his chest. "Why you look at that, I fell for you again." He then let out a dramatic tragic sigh. "Ah, the effects you have on me."
Yeonjun chuckled and raised his chin proudly, equally playful as his mate. "What can I say? You can't resist my charms~"
Beomgyu giggled and blinded up at Yeonjun who stared back at him with a huge amount of affection glistening in his green and blue orbs.
