What About Chiminie?

Jimin comes home every weekday at 1 am, and he's just plain gone on the weekends. He's been doing that routine for a year and no one asked him why or tried to stop him. Why? Because they've all been too busy for Jimin... for Chiminie.

A year ago, there must've been some kind of meeting that Jimin missed because when he came home that night he found two of his hyungs and one of his dongsaengs acting similarly to how he'd been acting secretly for two years. And they were being taken care of by the others. That's what surprised him the most. He thinks someone explained it to him the next morning, but he doesn't remember anything that was said. Just remembers everyone smiling and talking and him feeling out of place... unneeded. So, he stayed that way.

He started taking longer shifts through the week and sleeping in a hotel on the weekends because he doesn't want to be at home with the others. Doesn't want to face the truth of the situation. There was no room for Jimin...

No room for Chiminie either.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
He woke up late. His phone alarm didn't go off and his body clock doesn't like him. So to say that he panicked when he looked at his phone and saw that it was 9 am instead of 8 am would be an understatement. But that's not what's worrying him the most. His boss hasn't called nor texted him like he usually would. So Jimin calls him while trying to ignore the delicious smell seeping into his room.
'Hey, Jimin–'
"Hyung, I'm sorry. My alarm didn't go off and I don't know why I didn't wake up sooner. I–"
'Jimin, it's fine. It's good that you didn't come in. The shop is closed temporarily for fumigation. Basically, you have the rest of the week off. Enjoy your four days off, Min.'
"Hyung–"
His boss hung up on him.
"What am I supposed to do?" Jimin sighs, running a hand through his hair. Not stay in the house for one. So with a sigh, Jimin gets out of bed and gets dressed. He makes sure to grab his bookbag of necessities and his phone before quietly leaving his room. He locks his door from the inside before closing it. He's learned the hard way that if he wants to keep people out of his room while he's gone, he's got to lock it.
Quietly but as quickly as possible, Jimin heads for the front door. Unfortunately, that means passing by the kitchen... and unfortunately, someone spotted him.
"Minnie hyung! Come eats pease!" Kookie calls out but Jimin ignores him. It wouldn't be the first time he'd done so and it certainly won't be the last. He hurriedly puts his shoes on, almost knocking himself out on the door many times as he hopped around.
"Jimin, come eat before you leave!" Seokjin yells this time but his words fall on deaf ears as Jimin exits the house, closing the door behind him with a tug. He quickly runs to his car and heads to what is basically his second home now.
Jimin sighs as he settles into the familiar room. He can't be thankful enough that his friend Taemin runs the hotel. Taemin keeps his room available for him and the staff know Jimin pretty well now, so they just let him head up to his room unbothered. Jimin doesn't know who's doing it but he always finds a new outfit or toy for Chiminie and he really appreciates it when he's had a rough week.
"Now what..." The boy mutters to himself, sitting down on the edge of the bed. He looks around the room at the multitude of plushies and toys and then at the closet full of Chiminie's clothes. He doesn't feel small so instead he turns on the TV before pulling out his phone to ask Taemin to hang out with him...
