 Mental Health may not be the easiest topic to introduce to people, it is an important element of total health and wellness. Research shows that equipping people with knowledge and tools such as cognitive-behavioral skills not only improves their ability to deal with stressful situations but it also lays the groundwork for preventing significant mental health issues in the future.

During the pandemic I have realized I wasn't taking care of myself. Getting into bad habits, letting people push me around when I was at my darkest. And for all the people struggling I know its not easy to talk about it. You may not have a safe space to go and think. I will be here if anyone needs to talk. I may not have the best advice but I will listen. Also I will try to update later I am with family until Christmas.
