Personality: Rose is sweet, but that can change quickly depending on who you are. She makes murder jokes...a lot. Sometimes she's not joking. She doesn't like being told what to do, and will do the literal opposite of what you tell her to.
Backstory: (TW) Rose was born on June 29, 1740, to Jason and Megan Dudley. She grew up on a small farm, and was an only child. She was close with the neighbour's kids, June Key and Mae Casier.
Her life was pretty average. Until November 17, 1756. Her childhood best friends, Mae and June, became her lovers. She was happier than she'd ever been. It looked like nothing could bring the girls down.
Then, June died. It was January 29, 1757. Her father had killed all the Keys after finding out June had an illegitimate child after being raped, then himself. Rose and Mae were devastated, but went on.
On February 19, not even a month after June's death, Rose was forced to marry Harry Hart. She cut off ties with Mae, because she didn't want to anger her husband by having another lover, as he already had shown violent tendencies and she didn't want to put Mae or herself in danger.
On October 31, 1760, she had a child. A baby girl, whom she named Ariana Josie Maria Hart, but nicknamed Jo, since Josie was the only name she had chosen.
She and Harry had nine children in all. And from the outside, it seemed like a perfect life. But only Rose knew what really went on. Harry would beat Rose for small things, sometimes for no reason other than to see the pain on her face.
On October 7, 1775, Rose recived word that Mae had committed suicide. She was devastated, but acted like it didn't bother her. However, her actions changed. She was more challenging to Harry, which ended up with her being beaten more often.
On February 16, 1776, Rose gave birth to her youngest daughter, Mae June, named after Rose's two lost lovers.
Then, on August 25 of that year, Rose and Harry both died of malaria. After her death, however, rumours stirred that she had committed suicide after her husband died.
