"Wish I could hold a heart" Holly said looking down on her friend in heart surgery with Doctor Burke. George nodding in agreement
"A monkey could hold a heart" Cristina said with clear jealousy that she wasn't down there performing the surgery. "Oh no poor little Cristina, who's just sad burke didnt ask her, boo hoo. I haven't seen the inside of an OR in a week" Holly said earning a pout from Cristina.
Izzie walked into the viewing deck "George I need more ice chips" George scoffed "Izzie! How many people have you invited to this thing" He asked her
"Izzie we specifically said was only the jocks: plastics,trauma and surgery. Who else?" Cristina asked looking into Izzies eyes
"Just some people from peds." Izzie said averting her eyes from Cristinas.
"Your kidding" Holly said throwing her arms in the air "You invited the presschoolers to Meredith's house" Holly and Cristina said in unison "Next thing you'll say is you invited the shrinks."Holly said looking at Cristina who agreed while Izzie looked at the floor. "Okay she invited the mental defects. This party is D.O.A" they all hummed in agreement as Holly looked back down into the OR watching her friend who looked slightly scared. She zoned out if the conversation until Alex brought him back to the current reality.
"I heard there was a little party at Meredith's house" Alex said standing in the door frame
"Oh really, a party?" Cristina said looking at Alex "News to me" Izzie said while turning to leave "No party." George said
"Well if there was a party I'm sure sunshine over there would tell me" Alex said referring to Holly he still wasnt completely focused. She heard him speak and got out of her chair,
"First thing. Don't call me sunshine. Second thing. I haven't heard of any party. Must be making it up" she said shrugging her shoulders as she left the viewing deck.

"Okay, Holly what do you see?" Bailey asked
"Hyper-inflated lungs, clouded with bullae, seriously diminished capacity. She must be having trouble breathing." Holly took a breathe before Bailey asked her next question "Course of action?"
"A bullectomy procedure, we remove the bullae, remove the pressure." Bailey nodded.
"Says here we operated back in '99. So Mrs Drake has been through this before, but talk her through it anyway. And resist the anti-smoking lecture. She probably feels bad enough already." Webber said to the shorter girl
