"She's freaking out." Denny said looking at Holly who sat on her bed in her childhood room.
"She's not freaking out." Dylan argued.
"I freaked out." Lily said nodding her head.
"If I'm dead why am I? This is the last place I'd want to be." Holly said looking at the paintings in the room.
"Maybe I'm not dead, maybe it's that brain thing the um ketamine neurotransmitter?" Holly asked as they all shook their heads. "Cause if I was dead, there's only two people I'd like to see." Holly said as Doc and a hamster appeared.
"Doc! Good boy come here. Mr Sprinkles! Oh how I've missed you two, I've missed you oh yes I have." Holly said petting Doc and holding Mr Sprinkles.
"Holly, you are dead, like dead dead. This is death not drugs." Dylan sad making both Lily and Denny look at him. "I thought we we were going to take it easy! Holly, you drowned saving Meredith. Remember that?" Denny asked.
"Of course I remember it, in my head I planned it out going alot better than this. I imagined being heroic and walking up those steps with Mer in my arms, obviously it didn't go well." Holly said looking between the three dead people.
"Fun fact : Mr Sprinkles died because I fed him too many sprinkles." Holly said stroking Doc and Sprinkles.
"This is going to be exhausting." Lily said with a sigh. "For once she's right." Denny said earning a playful slap from Lily.

"It's not good." Addison says to the interns after updating Derek and Mark.
"Which one? Sunshine or Meredith? Are they still cyanotic? What were their original temps?" Cristina asked.
"Doctor Yang! It's not good, for either of them. You need to prepare yourselves. I have to go my Jane Doe's awake." Addison said with Alex tagging along.
"Prepare ourselves? That's what we tell the families before we call time of death." Cristina said quietly as Izzie walked up to her. "They're gonna be okay."
"Sometimes you're wrong." George pointed out which made Cristina nod. "Uh-uh no!" Cristina said.
"Cristina." Izzie said
"I'm not doing this." Cristina said before walking away towards the stairwell.
