As I went to practice area, I told Alfred "Alfred, if I said the practice is finished but they didn't stop and still want to practice shot one bullet near there foot, if they continue even after the warning you must shoot one of your sleep darts at them, understood?" He replied "of course, master" when I get to the area, I saw the principal with UA staff of course with them and some heroes with uncle shouta and uncle enji, I went to nezu saying "Mr.nezu, you know I wanted to play chess with you since I was ten, right?" He nob with a smile, I continue "why we don't do a chess until the students come, hmm?" He replied with "i would love to, but I didn't have my chess board unfortunately" I smirked and said "don't worry about that, I can cover that, now, do you want what kind of tea?" With a innocent smile at the end, I smiled back saying " green tea, please" I snapped my finger saying " black and green tea, Alfred" without wasting time i had my black tea and principle nezu had his green tea in our hand, and a hologram of a chess board in front us, by sipping my tea I said "say the piece and place you want to move" he smile at me and we began our game.

Time skip

I turned my head to the class that arrived after a few seconds, they looked at audiences then me, I clapped my hands to get everyone attention and start my speech "ladies and gentlemen, to day I want to know what are you lacking about, from your quirk, health, body, stamina, mental ability, now we were starting by dividing you to two groups, one close combat, other range quirk, I will fight you on one-on-one, and giving you notes to what are you have to focus about, what's not important to you, until we get to what to do when you're disadvantage in some situations, now I will say your name and you must come forward and take your fighting stand, and try to take me down" I explained, one of the student that I believe named was sero said "that's unfair, we have to defeat you when no couldn't, that's really unfair" I had enough of it and I pulled my gun fired and cut his cheek to the point it bleeded a little, he fell on his back and press his hand on his cheek with eyes of fear on his face I blow the tip of my gun that was smoking, I said with irritating in my voice "then leave, I came here to train to face what you calling it unfair, I didn't come all the way here for England, facing those disgusting faces that I once knew to play fairness with you, the world doesn't play it so neither do I nor you should, does the villain wait for you to get ready and save the situation or he run with it and you say that's unfair, I was born in a world of quirk without one, I was a punching bag when I was not more than 4 years old, I learned to survive when I was a child, I didn't complain, didn't uncle shouta tell you the world isn't fair?" I asked before he could replied I charge at him he left his guard down and didn't have the time as I land my in his face, it did some damage but not much since his quirk is working and charge and while saying "never let your guard down in situation especially if it war zone or one-on-one fight" he tried to punch me in the face but I ducked and uppercut him which make him dizzy and I continuing my advices " if it one-on-one fight don't take your vision from your opposite, but don't forget to know your surrounding and if anyone is near except your opposite" the audience looked impressed as a students are, I kicked his head and he wasn't unconscious but couldn't move so I said "and If you're dizzy, hide, run, but never engage, now kirishima, your quirk is powerful but you lack stamina, experience, and quirk control because when I uppercut you, your quirk automatically turned off, about your quirk weakness, have you heard of weathering?" I replied by saying in tired voice "no, s-sir" I continu "weathering is the process which the rock break or dissolve by the way, chemical, physical, and biological weathering, biological weathering doesn't apply to very much, just train your quirk to become harder, chemical turn the stone to another element like the rock near ocean is salty and by time they turn to salt stones but since your skin is the rock you don't need to worry about this, my problem is physical weathering which is dangerous on your life, physical weathering is the type where the rock break if acid hit it or.... water and sun light, if that happen..... you may lose one of your body part, so when you are wet and in your quirk form don'tgo to the sunlight of you do you must turn off your quirk" he take that to his heart and couldn't say anything except put his head down and saying "I understand" I smiled and said out loud "now to range quirk group, ahido mina, come forward" she came forward about to attack before stopping her by saying "not yet" she was dumbfounded by that I said "since it's range test I will use a gut but don't worry, I will use rubber bullet" she nob and she started again attacking me by shooting acid from her hand palm, I dodge it and started to fire the rubber bullet at her, she started to defend her self by using the acid to melt the bullets, I continued to fire the rubber until my gun was out of bullets so I changed by the other gun, while one hand shooting at her, my other hand reloaded the gun fast, after a while of repeating that, she was out of breath and her hands were full of burns from over use her quirk i start her state "mina, your quirk is powerful, way powerful to your body to handle by the look at your hand, it's by far the strongest her, but why you aren't strongest is because you don't have the enough experience in your quirk, but we can fix that now tell mina can you make any other acid formula other than your acid you used?" She think about and said "I don't know i never thought about it" I pointed Alfred to scan her and give information about her body "well after the scan Alfred did, look like you can make some other kind of acid but in limited, one of those are picric acid which is very dangerous, if that acid come near heat, high temperature, or flame it will explode that can explode a house easily, so here is your other acid description and we were started to build your stamina, and I'll build some kind of gloves that you can use to shoot your acid without damaging your skin, and can you shoot that acid from anywhere of your body?" She replied "yes, but I need to focus on that part of my body to use my acid" I smiled and said "then I'll make shoes, same kind as the gloves so that you can your feet to slide on your feet and move faster, and as kirishima mental training, you'll started by forcing to shoot your acid aside from your hands and feet, do you understand?"
