In the headquarter of Korean Hunter Association, the chairman, Go Guhee and his assistant, Woo Jinchul was discussing about the disappearance of Hwang Dongsu. The S-rank hunter from America should have return back to his country after visiting South Korea but an unexpected thing happened instead.

The representative hunter from Scavenger guild had a meeting with them and requested for their cooperation to find the missing hunter. After the two joined forces and tracked the last contact and location of the man, his corpse was found amongst the rubbles of the destroyed town.

Guhee read the report on his hand, frowning as his eyes landed on the last page. "This is the first time in hunter history that a hunter had the ability... to teleport people."

"The public was misinformed about the whole situation." Jinchul continued, "We found both hunter Hwang Dongsu and hunter Han Seyoon's body at the location. The cause of their death was a lightning magic. The Scavenger guild have given the updated data about Hwang Dongsu but he had no capability to unleash both attack and teleportation. Han Seyoon was also an assassin as proven by his co-workers and his past records.  Therefore, we've came to the point that a third party is involved in the incident."

"The first suspect we could guess is Han Seyoon's brother, Han Seungeun, who is also involved in the death of Hwang Dongsu's brother. However, at the same night, Han Seungeun had just left the Red Gate. The distance from the two locations are too far from each other for a D-rank hunter to go from a short amount of time. But if he was the culprit, it would be possible for him to teleport there."

"... The reason hunter Hwang Dongsu came to our country is to chase the people that killed his brother."

"The Red Gate incident involved White Tiger guild and the guild master personally met him for a moment. Hunter Baek Yoonho stated that he didn't sense any abnormalities. Hunter Sung Jinwoo also came forward to testify that Han Seungeun is only a D-ranker. The only way we can confirm his rank is to use highest grade mana detector. Unfortunately... we couldn't find him."

"But even if he is the real culprit, it didn't make sense that he would also attack his own brother since their relationship was good unless he have another motive. Regardless, the death of an S-rank hunter isn't a simple matter that can be brushed off." Guhee sighed lightly. "The culprit must be a mage-type hunter. I'm afraid that this person is more capable than hunter Choi Jongin."

"Hunter Han Seungeun is also registered as a fighter-type hunter. If it's not him..."

Guhee looked at Jinchul." Is there anything else?"

"Since they also work as hunters in Japan, we tried to negotiate with them to get their data but they refused any sort of cooperation."

"Alright. Continue the investigation."

.....

"Hyung, please come home... Mom and dad is worried about you." It took a while before Hyunsu received an answer from the other side of the phone.

"Okay."

The call was ended.

'Seungeun didn't call him either.'

Haeseong put down the phone and gazed at the green codes on the laptop for a long time. He shut his eyes tightly, trying to fight the fatigue that continued to pester him.

Seungeun was missing for a week. Whether it was Korean Hunter Association, or Scavenger guild, or the government, none of them knew of his whereabouts. His face was displayed everywhere on the news, showing that he was involved in something big.
