Hello! I have nothing else to add. Sooo, um yeah...
We left again after a hasty breakfast, trudging through the blackness. Gandalf lead the way, often pausing to check his memory to confirm we were heading the right way. I tuned out completely, trudging behind Legolas as we walked in the darl. It wasn't even the gloom the scared me, it was the shape the gloom looked when I looked at it. I had never been more scared. We eventually stopped for what I thought was a rest, but it turned out, Gandalf had completely forgotten where he was. He told us to have a break so I sat of a piece of broken carved stone and looked down. To my horror I saw something. Seeing me panicked Aragorn walked up to me.
"It the creature Gollum." He told me.
"I tortured him, to find out the location of the ring... it was insane." I said thinking about the way he tallked to himself like another person.
"I found him soon after, the ring destroyed him" He answered back. I nodded."Who was your father and mother..." he asked suddenly. I shook my head.
"I'll never know" I said. "Sauron never talked of them, I always assumed that he stole me from somewhere."
"You don't think you are his actual daughter?" He was right; what if I was Sauron's actual daughter.
"Oh my..." I said stunned. "Then who would be my mother?" I said dazed, having trouble to keep the answers in my head. He thought for a moment. "A high elf, you have inherited her hair and elvish features," I nodded. Stunned. I had never felt so insecure. My father was evil and trying to kill what I was trying to save. My mother was an elf who was no doubt captive by my father. I was about to throw myself down screaming out all of my emotions when Gandalf said.
"Ahh, it's this way."
"He's remembered!" Merry said happily.
"No, the air doesn't smell as foul down here. Whenever in doubt always follow your noes" I walked behind the group not truly caring about the great halls in which we walked in. I sudden yell from Gimli all had us following him into a room littered with bodies. There was a tombstone obviously made for someone of great importance, as it was well crafted made from marble. Gimli wept over the tombstone and I looked up to a high window with the light shining through it in beam. My thoughts were jogged when a bang echoed around me. Pippen accidently had pushed the skeleton on down a well and followed was a bucket and chain."Fool of a took!" Gandalf spun around at Pippen. "Throw yourself in to rid us of your stupidity." Pippen shrunk in the shadow of the angry wizard. The banging echoed throughout the mine. Tom, tap, tom tap, boom, tap, BOOM, BOOM, BOOM. Frodo took out his elvish blade which was glowing a light urgent blue. Shrieks of goblins drew closer and I helped bar the door knowing it would not hold for long. The hobbits looked frightened, they stood huddled close together, holding there swords and shuffling there feet.
"They have a cave troll." Boromir informed us making the hobbits eyes widen again.
"Let them come! There's one dwarf left to be reckoned with' who's standing strong." Gimli said aggressively, standing on Balins tombstone with his axe raised high in the air. With the doors blocked, Aragorn, Legolas and I had our bows notched and the goblins began to break down the door we shot them but they were replaced with another one. They broke down the door and I took my sword while shouldering my bow. I slashed the goblins down without trying very hard but there were many of them and they were viscous. In the time that I was killing them I forgot everything, only thinking about the things I had learn from Khamul out of instinct. A roar filled the room and the cave troll Boromir had told us about walked in. I ran to it stabbing it in the back of the knee caps. It fell down a little and tried to grab me. I was faster and smarter though avoiding its grab. I swiftly climbed up its's back. It stood up straight but I dug my sword into's it's tough hide. It roared and blindly flew a fat hand at me. The force knocked me over and I tumbled down to the ground, leaving my sword stuck in it's back. Aware of the attacking orcs I pulled my dauggur out of sleeve holster. I watched out of the corner of my eye as the troll attacked at Frodo as he tried to hide behind a piece of stone. I tried to help but the orcs relentlessly tried to kill me. Then the world stopped. The blade of the troll went flying into Frodo's chest.
"Noooo!" Someone yelled, maybe it was me. There was a pause in the atmosphere until Merry and Pippen tore over to troll, jumping onto it's head and stabbing it randomly. The troll tried to shake them of avoiding arrows from myself and Legolas who took the killing shot through the roof of it's mouth and through it's brain. It dropped dead throwing Merry and Pippen off roughly. They scrambled up to join the rest of us looking at who should have been dead, Frodo. He was lying weakly down but a glint of silver caught my eye.
"I believe there is more to this hobbit then meets the eye." I said. Frodo adjusted the collar of his tunic revealing a beautiful shiny shirt.
"Mithril..." breathed Gimli in amazement. Gandalf was smiling pleasantly.
"Well... we could of just lost our ring bearer, but hope has not failed us. Come. We need run"I ran to the dead cave troll and managed to get the sword out of it's hide. I caught up to the others who were running fast getting away from the sound of the goblins approaching. They began crawling like ants from the ceiling. They were beginning to surround us.
"RUN!" Gandalf emphasized but it was to late. We were surrounded by a crowd of orcs. I drew my sword thinking it would be my final stance when another boom echoed in the deep. I firey light shone up ahead. My father was here. I felt myself dizzy. He was going to kill me. My knee's began to weaken. I was vaguly aware of the orc's running away."ELINOR! RUN!" The feel of someone tugging my arm made me stumble. The light was getting closer, he was coming to kill me... The others need to run... I'll confront him and die, yes that is what I will do. Suddenly I was hoisted onto broad shoulders. That's when my vison clouded up.
Elinor is going through a bit of mental breakdown suffering from PTSD. I wonder if elves get that.. Either way. Don't worry. She is going to get help.
