Chapter 40

Damon POV

I'm currently riding a very luxurious with the man whom I just met today!! I don't have any idea who he is and why did he do what he did for me earlier. He is just looking straight forward, I'm itching to ask him about it, but I don't know; I can't seem to do it!! There is something in me that wants to know him. I admit that I feel so intimidated by his presence, but at the same time, I seem to feel comfortable with him. He is giving me vibes that he is not here to do any harm to me and anyone that I care about.

He reminds me of my Ace. Actually!! I don't know why but I feel so at ease with him.

After a few minutes, we arrive at a huge mansion!! This kind of place I thought only to exist in the books or movies. A giant gate welcome us, and it took us a few seconds to arrive at the mansion front door

"We're here!!" He suddenly spoke out of nowhere

"Sir, I don't want to offend you or something, but I still don't know who you are and why am I doing here." I confusedly said to him, and then I saw the car driver open the car for me. The man in shut gun sit, open the door for the man beside me

"You will come to know who I am and why are you here in a while. In the meantime, I want you to get ready yourself for what you're about to know and see. Please be open-minded and don't let your emotions get the best of you! Everything is done with a valid reason, so I hope you will remain calm. " The man seriously said to me

"What do you mean, sir? Why..." He didn't let me finish

"You will know once we enter my home. I really hope everything is going to be okay once we proceed in going inside, Mr. Tharn Damon Kirigun!" He said to me, then we proceed on going inside the house

I just remained silent and followed him. I can't still believe that I will be able to enter this kind of mansion!! All of my friends are rich but never this kind of rich!!

How did I manage to involve myself with someone like him!!

Ace POV

"Mom!! Is daddy? Already near!! I'm so nervous!" I can't help but feel uneasy and nervous while waiting for my boyfriend and my dad!! This is the day that my dad said that he would deal with Damon's dad!! He was so angry after learning what kind of a man is Damon's dad! I know, dad!! He will never involve himself in other people's messes or problems, but this is different!!

This is about my Boyfriend's life!! I told him how serious I am with Damon and how much Damon and I love each other, so he immediately agrees to help me!! He asked me to wait here with my mom and Twin then he will handle and fix everything. My dad wants to do more. He even wants to kill Damon's dad after learning what he did to me the last time I went into Damon's house!! He was so angry, but I still manage to beg him not to!! He is still Damon's dad!!

"Don't worry, son!! Trust your dad!! He said he would deal with everything. You don't have anything to worry about but to wait for them to come home!!" My mom said while trying to calm me down by caressing my back and holding my hand

"Mom is right, Twin!! Don't worry about your boyfriend!! Dad will do everything to help and save him from his dad!! Look!! Your future mother-in-law is already safe in the guest room, right?? Just put your trust in dad strategies!" Aris smilingly said to me

"I'm just worried about Damon's reaction, Mom!! What if he will be angry at me because I hide who I am from him? Also, I did this without his consent!! What if..." Aris didn't let me finish. Instead, he pulled me and made me face him
