Theo slouched over, holding his knees as he attempted to catch his breath.

"Can't keep up?" Ollie mocked as he jogged over to Theo

"Fuck off" Theo cursed as he ran after the ball

Theo had been throwing himself into his football ever since that night. He didn't leave his room after she walked out of that door. He didn't care for the party anymore.

He didn't care for her anymore. She didn't care for him. He didn't even do relationships and for him to tell her all of that was a big thing for him and she just threw it away. She ignored it. She didn't believe him. And it hurt. He'd never admit it though.

"Elijah, over here!" Theo called out, running to a free spot

Theo ran towards the moving ball, manovered around several defenders, getting to the goal and scoring.

"Good job Theo!" His coach yelled

The practice match was over, with that final goal. All of the team jogged over to the benches to grab some water.

"Alright boys, good job today. Since you all did well in the match last week, I'll let you go early" Coach announced to the boys who cheered

"My flat?" Elijah asked to Ollie and Theo

"Nah, gotta catch up on lectures and Aimee is coming over after" Ollie replied

"Theo, what about you?" Elijah questioned

"Charlotte's coming over to mine" Theo answered

"Fuck off" Ollie shouted

"Nahhh why her, what about Naomi?" Elijah complained

"What about Naomi?" Theo repeated with raised eyebrows, and squinted eyes - refusing to even acknowledge Naomi's existence or what he'd told the body about her previously

"Umm the girl you literally loved off last week" Ollie reminded.

"I didn't love her off" Theo kissed his teeth, annoyed at his boy's impression of what they thought him and Naomi, when he'd barely even told them about her and now they were teasing him, overplaying his feelings

"Okay, okay whatever you say but what happened at the party then?" Elijah asked smiling at Theo with a knowing smirk as he always knew there was more to come when Theo brought up a girl. He'd never heard him confess to them about anyone besides Naomi, so it must of been a big deal and he was just downplaying things

"Nothing" Theo stated quickly, turning to grab his stuff - refusing to be interrogated about the night which made of been his biggest regret? At this point he didn't Ben know, but he knew he was never being that bold and open again with a girl, especially not one like Naomi

"What the fuck do you mean nothing, I saw you walk into your room with her" Ollie pointed out, snatching Theo's bag out of his grasp so that he could keep him there and answer his and Elijah's questions

"Yeah...she didn't want to talk to me" Theo muttered lowly, snatching his bag out of Ollie's grip hashly as he wasn't in the mood to talk about Naomi anymore. The whole situation just made his mood dampen

"Aww shit man, you good?" Elijah worried about his friend as he clearly wasn't in th mood and he could usually take their banter and teasing about girls he'd fucked before - but this Naomi girl, well it seemed like Theo hadn't even seen past her collar bone, let alone fucked her - so what was the big deal? Why was Theo acting so moody?

"Fam, I'm fine. If she don't wanna talk to me, she don't wanna talk. It is what it is." Theo snapped

"So you're done with her?" Ollie questioned

"Yeah" Theo responded quickly, knowing that whatever he thought he felt for Naomi was wrong. A blip. He didn't know why he even bothered to make an effort with her.

"But you were so in to her" Ollie whined, hoping that Theo and Naomi would get together

"No I fucking wasn't, you lot put that into your heads" Theo stressed as he wanted to forget all about everything he had somewhat changed about himself for Naomi. How he opened up about his feelings. How he kept pursing her.

"Okay, calm down mate" Ollie mocked as he laughed at Theo's response

"Wow, looks like fuckboy Theo is back" Elijah chuckled

"He was never gone" Theo winked, packing up his bag and going back to his accommodation to meet Charlotte
