It was later and Mikasa stayed with me and Eren but fell asleep so I decided to go to sleep too.

I took my dream journal and put it on my nightstand. 'I'm gonna go back' I thought laying down.

I slowly felt myself fall asleep after a while.

I felt the sand under my body as I got up and looked around. 'I'm back' I thought.

Ymir appeared and walked over to me. "Y/n!" She said hugging me. I smiled. "I'm sorry I was gone for a while" she said.

I got my notebook. "Ymir I have to ask you this and please don't lie" I wrote. Ymir nodded. "Who or what is that shadow" I wrote.

"Y/n I'm sorry but I don't know you shouldn't worry about it it's gone" Ymir said. I looked to the side. "Ymir it's trying to kill me" I wrote.

"Please if you know tell me what it is" I wrote. Her eyes widened."Y-Y/n I don't know what it is I swear all I knew was it was bad I thought that it went away... I'll try to find out what it is" Ymir said.

I nodded and sighed. "Never mind that then let's play" I wrote.

She smiled then sat down with me and we began building a sand castle.

We finished after a while but then Ymir's eyes grew dark again and she stood up and faced forward.

I immediately knew Zeke was here. I looked over to see him.

"Well it's been a while" Zeke said. "Yeah sure" I wrote.

"Do you know anything about the shadow" I asked him. "I'm sorry?" He said confused.

"Well I guess you don't know" I wrote. "Um well then you're in a bad mood" Zeke said.

"I got kidnapped and more of my friends died" I wrote. "I almost died and got sick"

"Well I'm sorry" Zeke said. "Yeah" I wrote. "Zeke do you have a family?" I wrote.

"Well they died" he said. " but I have friends". "I guess we're even" I wrote.

"How did it happen" I wrote. "Um well they got executed for serious crimes" Zeke said.

"What about you?" Zeke asked. "My mom died during the fall of Shiganshina and my dad died shortly after. My adopted parents died during the battle of trost" I wrote.

"Wow and how old are you?" Zeke asked. "8" I wrote. "What?! I thought you were like 6" he said.

"How old are you" I wrote narrowing my eyes at him. "25" he said. "Really I thought you were like 50" I wrote.

"Hahaha very funny" he said. "ʙʀᴀᴛ" he muttered. "I heard that old hobo" I wrote.

"Isn't it time for bed" Zeke said. "I'm sleeping right now though🤨" I wrote.

"Oh" Zeke said. "Are you not sleeping?" I wrote. "No I am" he said.

"Then why would I be different?" I wrote. "I don't know" he said.

"Wait are you a titan shifter?" I wrote. He paused. "No" Zeke said. 'Liar' I thought.

"I have royal blood though" Zeke said. "Really?" I asked.

"Maybe" Zeke said. "Is it from your mom or dad?" I wrote.

"Mom" he said. "Hmm ok" I wrote. "Well I have to leave because I think it's getting early" I said.

"You can tell?" He asked. "Yes" I said as I laid down.

"Well then see yah kid" he said.

I wake up to see Mikasa and Eren are awake. I grab my notebook and write down the dream I had. "Y/n you're awake it's 4 am right now" Mikasa said.
