Chapter 26

Chapter 26: His Decision

Hinata woke up in a well lit room. Too  bright too be honest that he almost closed his eyes immidiately after just opening them. He thought of what happened before he passed out and remembered he's in the middle bof practice that time.

He smelled the air to confirm his suspicion. Yes, he knew it. His heat came up that's why this happened. But he frowned cause he knew he never fell unconscious the moment he feels his heat coming.

This is also the first time he felt so weak just because of his heat. Well it is normal to feel weak but not to the extent that he just drop himself, unconscious.

He's still weak though. He doesn't even feeling like moving a finger even though he can at least sit himself up.

He felt presence beside him, sleeping peacefully. He turned his head and saw Wakatoshi, head slumped beside him holding his hand.

He cringed 'This scene is so typical for a hospitalized damsel in distress'

But he would be lying if he said he didn't appreciate Wakatoshi being here. Hinata's even sure that Wakatoshi stayed here for a while, looking at the dark circles around the eyes of the Alpha.

'Wait. What happened to me though? If Wakatoshi looks like this, it means it's been a while since I've been here under his care'

If this isn't a serious matter he could mentally pat himself for thinking things like this.

While Hinata's facing his left side (where Wakatoshi slept), he heard someone yawned at the right side of the room.

"Wait. Mom! Dad! Shoyo woke up!" Natsu said shaking both their parents.

"Not too loud Natsu! You should've not woke them up. They look tired."

"They asked me to wake them up if you're up though. Don't blame me."

Hearing Shoyo's voice, Wakatoshi raised his head and immidiately checked the red head "How are you, my love? Do you feel anything weird?"

Hinata sighed "Just a little groggy and I feel like I have no energy left in my body. I don't feel like falling back to sleep though. But you..." He pulled Wakatoshi up and made him lay beside him "Sleep here. You look like you need it."

"No. Im fine. I have enough rest anywa-"

"You DON'T seem like you're well rested. So rest" the red head just pushed Wakatoshi's head down the bed. "Where's Aki?"

"It's not really good to let kids stay in hospital for long. So I asked one of your friends to look for him. Sugawara and his fiancé, what's his name again?"

"Daichi-san" Hinata answered

"Oh yes Daichi, Sugawara and Daichi volunteered to look out for him. I said no at first but they insisted since they're both on their day off." Mrs. Hinata said slicing an apple and gave one to him.

Hinata sighed "I've been here since when?"

Haruto patted his back lightly "It's been a week son. Well I guess even as your father, I don't feel like I should be the one explaining what happened to you. I'll let Wakatoshi do that when he wakes up."

Shoyo frowned "Eh? You know that sounds weird right? You could just tell me yourselves what happened to me."

"Well son, it's between you two who can fix this situation you are in. And if you got into the time to decide if you accept it or not, rest assured that we're giving Wakatoshi our blessing."

Shoyo frowns even more "Your blessing? What does it have to do to my case?"

Natsu snickered "Just wait for your Alpha to wake up, dumbass. It's not as if we don't want to tell you. It's... Just weird coming from us."
