MATAPOS KAUSAPIN ang may-ari ng bahay na nasa address ay nahahapong pumasok ng sasakyan niya si Rage.

He got nothing.

The owner doesn't know the previous owner while the neighbours were the same. Hindi naman kasi magkakatabi ang bahay kaya't hindi rin nagkikita ang mga tao. Kaya't hindi na nakapagtataka na hindi kilala ng mga tao ang isa't-isa kahit na magkakakapit bahay ang mga ito.

What added to that are, people nowadays spend a great amount of time inside their house. In front of their monitors and phones.

Rage sadly looked outside his window.

Nasaan ka na ba Kale? Labing-limang taon na kitang hindi nakikita.

Marahas niyang pinahid ang mata niyang namamasa. Damn... Ang tagal na, hindi niya parin natutupad ang pinangako niya sa ina niya.

He's failing terribly.

He failed to escape with her, now he's failing his mother again. It would have been better if mom was the one who escaped and he was the one that didn't. He's a failure after all. He can't even find a missing person despite all the connections he has and resources.

Ilang minuto siyang nakaupo lang doon at nag-iisip nang maisipan niyang tawagan ang isa sa dalawang kinuha niyang sekretong bodyguard para kay Auri.

"How's she?" Rage asked when the security answered the phone.

"She's fine but quite busy," sagot nito. "I also saw that she have a bad relationship with a woman named Georgia. They had quite exchanged glares today while talking to each other. Didn't hear what they were talking though but they look like they were arguing about something."

Nagsalubong ang kilay ni Rage. "Is my baby okay? Did that bitch hurt her?"

"No, boss, miss Doncic left the woman fuming but miss was also pissed."

Nagtagis ang bagang ni Rage. What the fuck does that woman need from my baby? No one should stress Auri.

Nagbuga ng hangin si Rage saka pinaalalahanan ang bodyguard na laging bantayan si Auri mula sa malayo pag wala ito sa paaralan o sa bahay.

When Rage ended the call he went to check on his messages from an important person and quickly smile when he saw one massage from Auri.

Mabilis siyang nagtipa ng reply habang nakangiti. And when he hit the send button, Rage could only smile and thank Auri mentally for always making him feel better. Just the thought of his baby is enough to make him feel better. That is something that always lessens his disappointment in himself.

Inilapag niya ang cellphone niya at saka umalis ng lugar na iyon para kausapin ang broker ng bahay. He just hopes the person will have all the records of who lived in the house prior to the family that lives in there now.

"AU, HOP IN!" Aloha shouted just as Auri was about to go to her car.

Katatapos lang ng klase niya at hindi niya inaasahan na narito si Aloha at mukhang hinihintay siya.

Auri went to Aloha with a frown on her face.

"Why?" she asked, giving a quick glance to the cute woman who was inside the car with Aloha.

"We'll go racing," Aloha grinned. "Come with us," she invited.

Ilang sandaling nag-isip si Auri bago tumango.

Sumakay siya sa likod at agad na nagsuot ng seat belt bago pa man pinasibad ni Aloha ang sasakyan nito.

"Hi, I'm Katana by the way." Pakilala sa kanya ng babae na katabi ni Aloha habang nakapihit paharap sa kanya.
