"WE WILL visit you often, Auri," kuya said as he help kuya Morris to put her luggage inside the car. "Never let your phone die down and carry it with you always, you understand?"

Auri nodded, agreeing. How could she disagree when her brother is serious and stern.

Auri was surprised yesterday when she arrived home and kuya informed her to pack her things because she's leaving in the morning which is today's morning.

She was hurt by how cold her brother said it. It feels like her brother is expelling her and casting her out and away from him.

But today, as she listen to his brother's lengthy and nonstop instructions- the do's and don't, the must and the need- she was relieved.

Ito parin ang kapatid niya na laging nag-aalala para sa kanya. Na lagi siyang pinagbibigyan sa lahat ng bagay na hinihiling niya. Ang kuya niya na aayaw sa gusto niya pero bibigay din kalaunan.

"Don't talk to strangers, okay?" Hinarap siya nito at hinawakan sa balikat. "Bawal kang mag boyfriend o magpaligaw. Piliin mo kung sino ang kakaibiganin mo at kung maari huwag kang magpapagabi sa labas. I will call nana Lourdes to confirm if your home," seryosong saad nito saka may kinuha sa bulsa at ibinigay sa kanya.

"This is the card key to the condo where you will live with nana Lourdes. Sell the house you bought I want you to live somewhere that I am familiar and with strong security."

Again Auri just nodded while taking the card key. Never did she try to contradict her brother, afraid that he'll be mad again.

Pinakatitigan siya ng kapatid niya bago siya nito hinila at niyakap ng mahigpit.

"Sorry for ignoring you for a couple of days, Au. I was thinking and weighing something at the same time I was scaling down my anger," kuya sighed. "I love you, you take care, always, hmm? I can't imagine losing you too, Au... Ikaw na lang ang meron ako kaya't lagi kang mag-iingat."

Nakagat ni Auri ang pang-ibabang labi at yumakap sa bewang ng kapatid.

"I love you too, kuya. I will take care for you, so worry not about me. I also have Fifty, Shades and Grey," paalala niya.

Bumitaw na ito at binigyan ng oras sina kuya Kronack na magpaalam sa kanya. Tulad ni kuya Prius ay madami ang bilin ng iba sa kanya.

Auri hugged the seven men one last time before getting into her car and drove off. Her destination was the port where roro is parked.

At habang papasok ng roro ay mas lalo siyang nakaramdam ng lungkot. Malalayo na siya sa mga kaibigan niya, sa kapatid niya. Isa pang nagpadagdag ng lungkot niya ay hindi niya nakita si Rage bago pa man siya umalis.

She sent a message this morning when she woke up informing him she's leaving today and asked if he could come so she can hug him for a goodbye. But he didn't reply nor did he show up.

Hindi na rin siya nangulit. It's not her nature after all.

Hindi nag-abalang lumabas ng sasakyan niya si Auri nang mag-umpisa ng lumayag ang roro. Mahigit kalahating oras lang naman ang hihintayin niya sa loob ng sasakyan niya.

Pagkarating sa kabilang pier ay agad na nagmaneho palabas ng Crown's gate si Auri.

Ilang oras din ang iginugud ni Auri sa pagmamaneho bago nakarating ng Makati kung saan ang condo na binigay ng kapatid niya. Ang alam niya ay pinalipat na doon si nanay Lourdes kaninang umaga kaya't hindi niya na kailangan pang sunduin ito sa bahay na binili niya.

Matapos ang ilang oras na pagmamaneho ay tumigil si Auri sa isang fast food para kumain.

She was silently eating her food in the corner when a child approached her.
