Hello everyone and welcome to the 2nd introduction of the Ask or Dare: Cartoon and Anime All-Stars x Tekken 7 crossover! Today you'll get to meet the neutral characters and villains of the crossover, and boy do we have a lot!
Main Villains
These guys are the main antagonists of this crossover as they captured the 6 Legendary Heroes.

"I am going to snap you in half!"
First up is the big bad himself, Heihachi Mishima, who hails from Japan and the main mascot of the Tekken series who has been in the series since the beginning. He's the CEO of the Mishima Zaibatsu, father of Kazuya Mishima, Lars Alexandersson and grandfather of Jin Kazama. Heihachi has had a reputation for being the most evil character in the whole Tekken series as a lot of the events that happen throughout the series are all because of him. He also enjoys being an awful father torturing and abusing his family. Whether it be chucking Kazuya (Who was 5 at the time) off a cliff or into a volcano, throwing Jin of a helicopter or backstabbing him at the best opportunity when Jin had an immense amount of trust for him, or even sending both them and his own father, Jinpachi (Who he stole the ownership of the Mishima Zaibatsu from) into space! Yeah, this guy's got a SICK sense of humor. He plans to use the 6 Legendary Heroes' powers to destroy Kazuya and G Corporation as a whole as well as rule the world and ruin Ask or Dare: Cartoon and Anime All-Stars, then kill the Heroes once they have no use to him anymore.

"It's time for you to meet your end!"
Next is Kazuya Mishima, who hails from Japan (Albeit he abandoned his nationality) and also made his debut in the very beginning of the series. He's the head of G Corporation, son of Heihachi and Kazumi Mishima and father of Jin Kazama. At first, Kazuya was seen as the series main protagonist with his justifiable reasons for his revenge on Heihachi as he killed Kazumi and yeeted him off a cliff when he was only 5, but then it gets revealed that his intentions were to use his father's vast fortune to carry out his plans for world domination. Because of this, many people have grown to hate Kazuya just as if not even MORE than Heihachi, and he's no better father as he ABANDONED Jin and his wife, Jun Kazama. Now I know what you're thinking, how DID Kazuya survive that fall? Well, it turns out that his mother had passed down a little something called the Devil Gene, which would be Heihachi's eternal nemesis and his undoing, which Kazuya then passed down to Jin. Rather than fight the power like Jin does, Kazuya EMBRACES it. He plans to use the Legendary Heroes' powers to destroy Heihachi and the Mishima Zaibatsu as a whole as well as rule the world, ruin Ask or Dare: Cartoon and Anime All-Stars and kill the Heroes once they have no use to him anymore.
