Blue's Clues Headcanon: Periwinkle

  This is just my little theory about what happened to Periwinkle after the original series (and where he might be in the reboot). 

  You know how in the original series, Periwinkle was never shown to have an owner? Well, perhaps this might've caught up to him when the authorities (probably the show's equivalent of Child Protective Services) find out and plan to put him in foster care.

  Maybe for one reason or another, Periwinkle would've refused to accept this and instead decide to run away back to the city, where he'd live as a stray (and probably do some street magic for money).

  Also, while in the city, Periwinkle might've reunited with his old friend, Plum, and even made some new ones (like a fashionable poodle). Perhaps he, Plum, and the poodle would form a gang of street artists who often do paid beautification jobs, known as The Purple Posse.
