THEY were seated in the large table. Iyon nga yata ang pinakamalaki. Medyo nahihiya pa nga siya noong una kasi siyempre, shy type talaga siya. Well.. minsan lang pala.

"Where did the two of you met?" Freesia beside her asked.

Napatingin tuloy siya kay Caleb na ngayon ay nakataas ang kilay sa kan'ya.

"Back in high school. He's my senior, " sagot na lang niya.

Namamanghang tumingin sa kan'ya ang babae. "Wow,  you're friends with him eversince?"

She shook her head. "Nope. We just met recently again. Hindi kami friends noon. Ngayon lang. " Nang makita niya si Caleb na nakatingin sa kan'ya habang ngumingisi, bigla siyang may naisip.

"Do you know why did we end up being friends?" she whispered to Freesia. The girl looked at her with curiosity. "He said he likes me. Kaso.. hindi ko naman siya type. But he seems very into me. That's why I just said that we should remain as friends, " bulong niya.

Freesia gasped. "Really? I didn't know that he was like that. I was annoyed at him earlier for teasing me but after hearing what you said, he's kind of pitiful pala. He must be very hurt. " Nakatakip pa ang palad nito sa bibig na halatang gulat na gulat.

Did she really believe that? Natawa siya doon.

"But don't you like him? He's handsome and well.. nice too. "

Nanliit ang mata niya. "Nagwagwapuhan ka doon?"

Kumunot ang noo nito. "Ikaw ba, hindi? Lahat ng kaibigan ko gwapo. "

Gwapo daw lahat. Hindi naman. Yung isa pangit.

"Actually, kulang sila ngayon, e. Wala si Gray. Nasa seminar yata or something. "

She stared at Freesia. Maganda ang babae. Ang buhok nito ay natural na umaalon. And she's sure that it's all natural. Mukhang hindi pa nga dumadaan sa kuryente. Kumpara sa kan'ya, Freesia's features are much softer. But in the right places.

"May type ka sa kanila?" bigla niyang tanong. Ngumiwi lang ito.

"None. They are all playboys, you know. "

Tumango siya, sinusuportahan ang babae. "Oo nga, atsaka.. in my own opinion, ha? They are not that very handsome. I've seen lot of handsome guys. "

Doon naman ito umiling. "Hindi, gwapo sila. Hindi ko sila type maging jowa pero gwapo sila. "

Hindi na siya nakasagot. Edi gwapo!

She was shocked when Freesia scooted over her chair.  "I am asking you this because I am really curious. You don't have to lie to me. I always zip my mouth. " Tumango-tango pa ito. "What's with the two of you? It's uncommon for Caleb to befriend with a girl. I mean, we're friends too but it's because we've known each other since middle school. Pero kayong dalawa.. talaga bang wala lang?" Nanliliit pa ang mata nito sa kan'ya.

Hilaw siyang napatawa. "Of course not! You see, I like considerate guys. Caleb's nice too.. but not my cup of tea, " she reasoned out.

Freesia nodded, but still doubtful. Para makaiwas ay iniba na lang niya ang topic.

"Do you drink?" she asked Freesia. Agad itong umiling.

"No, I've been alcohol-free in my whole life, " Freesia raised the glass of grapefruit juice that Zadrick gave to Freesia earlier.

Kelly was amazed by that. So Freesia didn't experienced drinking in 18th debut like almost everybody does? Siya nga.. 16 palang..

She drink her wine. She was really a bitch that she even ask Freesia to have a sip of it. Buti na lang talaga at masyadong 'dominated by rules' ang babae.  Hindi man lang ito nagpatinag at sinagot lang siya na,  'It's okay, I like juice anyway'. Kaya ayun, hindi na lang siya sumagot pa. Caleb even glared at her when he heard her asking Freesia to drink.
