Ninja Go (Male Reader)

Ep 10 - The Green Ninja

The ninja have gathered on the Destiny's Bounty's deck, training. Unbeknownst to them, Kai was in Sensei's room, looking through the cupboards until he spotted a green-colored gi. 

Cole strikes the ground in front of a serpentine silhouette, "Earth!" And the ground beneath him shakes as the dummy tumbles down, gaining Cole victory. 

Meanwhile, Kai has put on the gi, jumping around and punching the air ecstatically, "Whoo-hoo!"

Jay uses spinjitzu, "Lightning!" He shocks the Serpentine with his nunchucks. Kai continues to practice fighting techniques in the other room.

(Y/n) runs towards a serpentine before flipping over it. The second he hovered over it, he blows a gust of wind down on it, sending it crashing down, "Wind!" 

"Ice!" Zane throws his shurikens at the serpentine's feet, freezing it in one place.

Suddenly, a light flashes onto them, revealing the serpentine to be practice dummies. Nya smiles at them, revealing her to be the one standing behind the light, "Good training. Your powers are getting stronger."

"Can we go back to sleep now? It's way too early." (Y/n) whines as he rubs his eye tiredly.

Nya chuckles, "Yeah. In a minute. But where's Kai?"

Speaking of Kai, he was still in Sensei's room, doing flips and punches in front of a mirror, "Fire! Unlock Fire! Uh, Fire go! Shoot flames! Oh, come on. Everyone else can do it. So can you. Bring the heat!" He hears laughter and looks up to see his friends in the reflection of the mirror. 

Cole smirks, "Very nice. Perhaps if you tried the phrase 'Fire dork,' maybe it might work."

Kai removes the mask, frantically looking between the others, "How long have you all been watching?"

"Oh you know, for a while now." (Y/n) wore a shit-eating grin as he holds up a camera, waving it around.

Kai's eyes widen and he tries to snatch the camera out of his hands, (Y/n) quickly dodging his every move as he smiles giddily. 

Jay gasps as he takes in the outfit, "The Green Ninja suit. That's awesome!"

Kai turns his attention to him before looking at them sheepishly, "Well, I was looking for some kind of clue from Sensei and then I found this."

Zane smiles in amusement, "But you know only he who is foretold to face Lord Garmadon is destined to be the Green Ninja, and only he should wear the Green Ninja outfit. So Sensei would most likely be very—"

Kai waves him off, "I know, I know. But I thought if I just tried it on, it might help me see my True Potential. It's not fair that you guys have unlocked your cool powers and I still haven't. Besides, Sensei's gone and we don't know when he's coming back —"

A door opens and Wu's voice rings out throughout the bounty, "Hello? I'm home."

"Sensei!" All but Kai shout out in excitement and rush out to greet him. 

Kai on the other hand looks down at himself in a panic before rushing off to go change back into his gi.

On deck, the others greet Wu as he smiles at them, "Ah. It's so good to be home."

(Y/n) smiles back, "It's good to have you back."

Zane nods, "So glad you're back."

"Did you bring us anything?" Cole asks eagerly.

Jay lets out a chuckle as he hops onto a nearby table, "Oh, Sensei, have you missed a lot. Zane's a Nindroid, Nya's the mysterious Samurai, Cole's a dancer—"
