Tae said in between their kisses. Its true tho, they’ve been cuddling and kissing for how long? Neither them knew.

Maybe, they just really longed for each other.

“Then should we have a talk?” Jungkook asked.—

Jungkook sat on his chair desk, while Tae is still sitting on the side of the desk.

The room was dark, since they chose not to turn on the light. The only thing that serves as one was the shine of the moon.

“What should we talk abt?”

Jungkook saw that coming, he knew he was gonna ask. “I can’t tell you everything yet,”

“They killed Mr. Han because he found out all the illegal firearms, drugs, and even transactions with the US.”

Tae frowned at the country. “US?”—

“He tried to expose them but he ended up to death. Sorry to say but your father was the one who ordered it.”

Tae felt his blood rush up to his head. He felt so angry, so so angry to the point that he can’t clench his fists more.—

“They set me up to mislead the case on the real suspect. And your father didn’t want me to guard you anymore, so he just decided to set me off like that.”

Tae breathe in. He needs to calm himself. “We should tell the police! Or the court! I don’t care if he’s my father—“—

“No, we can’t...yet.” Jungkook held his hand to calm him down, and luckily, he did.

“Why not?”

“He’s a General. He has many connections more than you thought.

As usual, its always like that. Nothing new, people always choose money rather than truth.

“But If not now, then when? You say he has many connections, then how are we going to get him behind the bars?”

“If he has strong connections in the politics, then otherwise is with the people.”

Tae went silent for a second, trying to process what Jungkook has just said.—

“You mean to say, we will let the people realize what’s happening?” Jungkook nodded.

People might seem gullible, but they’re all smart. They will knew if they’re being abused. And they’ll not hesitate to fight against it.

Citizens are more powerful than the government.—

If only the citizens would be brave enough to speak, then anything can be conquered.

Tae nodded, he got it already. But there are questions in his head.

“Why did you faked your engagement with Lisa?” He asked. He knew it was fake, but his heart is still sullen.—

“And you did not answer my previous question. Why did you not speak against the case?” He asked once again.

“I explained it all. If I spoke against it, they’ll be caught in the wrong time. And everything will get worse.”
