Fred weasley pt 1

Fred does not like being insulted, even if he does it to me all the time

" ruby" Harry said before engulfing me in a hug we were always close , but since Harry learnt about my dads connection to his parents we've been much closer , and again after the burrow last holidays

Fenrir greyback had attacked me when he set fire to the burrow. Said he wanted to turn both father and daughter and he succeeded. Fred stayed me with me through everything, we had already been together for a year and a half when it happened but still he looked after me and insisted he wouldn't leave me

We were now at four privet drive going to rescue Harry and bring back to the burrow.

Fred's POV

" where is she,"

We were all back at the burrow except Remus and ruby, the death eaters somehow knew wwe were moving Harry and ambushed us. I could've sworn I heard ruby scream and wanted to go help her but dad wouldn't let me. That's when I heard it

" MOLLY?!" It was Remus

I went to go run outside but George stopped
That's when I saw it, I wanted to scream.

Ruby being carried in with the help of mum and Remus, a huge gash going diagonally from the middle of her neck to above her chest, all three soaked in her blood, it still gushing out at a rapid rate, ruby was clearly In clearly a lot of pain and would need a miracle to survive

We were all ushered out of the room by the adults, I wanted to stay and would've if george and bill didn't drag me out, i spent the next 2 hours pacing up and down outside.

Dad came out now also soaked in blood , he didn't have to say anything because I understood, I was aloud to see her but that's because tonight she would go to sleep, but unlike every other time she wouldn't wake up .

Ruby was laying on the couch still covered in blood, weak and clearly on deaths door

" Freddie"

" hey love"

I sat beside her on the floor moving the hair out of her face, her eyes opened reviling the bright green eyes.

" ruby I'm -"

" don't, I know , I just want you here with me"

" you can't leave me , not like this"

" I'm going to be fine, and you will be too"

" no I won't not without you"

" eventually you'll be fine"

" I won't because it's you , it's all for you everything I do"

" and I tell you all the time heaven is a place on earth with you"

" you can't, not like this we're supposed to grow old , get married ha - have kids spend our lives together"

" and you can still do that , and I'll be with you the whole time you just won't be able to see me"

Her breathing and voice were dying down these were my final moments with her

" I was supposed to do that with you my love, I need you with me because I love you "

" and I love you too Freddie"

She used her final bit of strength and her last breath to give me one last kiss and when I pulled away she went limp her eyes closed, no heart beat not breathing

I spent the rest of the night crying into her still chest
