I didn't stop until dinner.
My mom and Eric were at the table, looking at tonight's meal: pork chops. My brother is the first to notice my puffy, red eyes.
"Um, Kane?"he asks, looking up from his food. "Are you ok?"
It's then when my mom notices. The look of concern for me in her eyes was heart breaking.
"Tell me what happened." She demands.
"I'm fine mom." I lie. I then sighed. "I just had a bad day. I'd rather not talk about it." I say, hoping to end the conversation. It does, thankfully. I pick at my food a bit and ask to be dismissed.
I got a text later from Daniel.

Daniel: Hey, r u ok?
Me: Does John h8 me?
Daniel: Nooooooooonono he understands completely. He didn't seem like he cared much.

That brought a bit of hope for my. I asked for John's number and I received it smiling. I was so happy. John seemed so nice. He was so handsome and cute and had the perfect fur.
I eventually got tired and decided to go to bed, smile still on my face.
