Wrong Place, Wrong Time

(Y/n)'s POV

Lloyd is no longer a child anymore. Well, physically at least. But with his new age, the time for the final battle has gotten closer, which means he'll have to face our father soon.

It makes me nervous. I know he doesn't want to do this, both of us used to dream of ruling by our fathers side, who knew things would up like this?

I take a deep breath and get into a fighting stance as the team and I circle Lloyd in the training room.

Cole is first to attack, swinging his scythe at Lloyd, but is knocked back by a back kick from the green ninja.

Lloyd quickly moves to grab Jay's nunchucks and throws Jay over his head before ducking beneath Kai's sword and tripping him with his feet.

As soon as Kai's down, I go in for the attack, swinging my axe down on Lloyd, but he grabs the blade just in time.

I narrow my eyes before trying to force the axe down. Lloyd activates his power and I watch green light start to surround my weapon.

"Impressive."

I then pull my axe away at the last second, causing Lloyd to fall forward as he was to concentrated on keeping hold of my weapon.

"That was great!" I compliment as I help him up, "You're getting pretty good."

"Yeah, but that move you fell for was basic 101." Kai tells him.

"Yeah, if I had focused more when I was little, I would've seen that coming." Lloyd says.

"We cannot change the past, but we can improve for the future." Uncle Wu tells him, "Again. And this time, do not hold back."

'Maybe I'm worrying too much. We're a team...a family, we'll have each other's backs. He may be the Green Ninja, but Lloyd doesn't have to do this alone, he never has.

The others get back up and we start up training again. We continue for about an hour before deciding to take a break.

"That new Clutch Powers comic is amazing!" Cole exclaims as we walk to the bridge, "The way he swung over  that pit of alligators was crazy!"

"And the rope was about to snap too!" I add, "I thought it was insane, but he actually made it!"

"Who made it?" Jay asks as Cole and I enter the bridge.

"Clutch Powers." We tell him.

He groans, "Right, that new comic, I honestly don't like the guy."

"I don't understand why, but it's okay. Maybe you can find something else." Cole suggests.

"Oh! Fritz Donnegan!" I state.

"Lloyd's comic book hero?" Jay questions.

I raise an eyebrow, "It's way better than Daffy Dale." I tease.

"Wha-! Hey, hey, hey, Daffy Dale was was one of  the best things to ever happen to little ten-year-old Jay, and I'm sure it'd way better than Fritz Donnegan." Jay declares.

"Wrong!" Lloyd says, walking over to us.

"Super wrong." I add.

"Fritz Donnegan is-!" Lloyd starts only to be interrupted by Zane as he rushes inside the room.

"The falcon has returned with troubling news!" He says as he hooks the falcon up to the big screen, "What did you see, my mechanical-feathered friend?"

In just a few seconds, the screen is showing a very familiar looking city.
