(Y/n)’s POV
Before any of us could summon our own dragons and go after Kai and Nya the vortex closed.
“Kai, Nya!” Jay cries, “Come back!”
He and Skylor run outside, while the rest of us join them.
“Kai, Nya!” Skylor calls before she groans and turns to us, “I can’t believe those two went after Krux on their own.”
“It was the only way to save Wu.” The man in red says as the woman in blue and Acronix helps him outside.
“Oh, okay. I'm good with it.” Hey, wait a sec. Who are you? And how do you know that?”
Morro then gasps, “Ray! Maya!” He says.
“Kai and Nya’s parents!” Lloyd adds, “We saw your portrait at the museum.”
Maya nods before turning to Morro, “It’s good to see you again, Morro. You’ve gone from a cute little boy to a handsome young man.”
‘Got the handsome part right.’
Morro blushes, “Heh, thanks Maya.” He says.
I chuckle before seeing Maya turning to me, “And hello to you too, (Y/n).”
I blink, “Wait, you know me?” I ask.
Maya nods, “Ray and I were there when you were born.” She says as she walks over to me and holds my cheeks, “You were so cute!”
I blush as the other snicker, “Th-thanks Maya.” I say as she lets go.
“I’d like to see some photos of that after this over.”
‘Do that, and I will claw your eyes out!’
Cole then coughs, getting our attention, “Can we get back as to what Master Wu has to do with why Nya and Kai are going after Krux?”
“Krux traveled back in time to when the elemental Masters defeated us,” Acronix says, “He has the Reversal Time Blade so Kai and Nya had to follow.”
“Why other girl Ninja and Red Ninja need Reverse Blade?” Karlof asks.
“Only that Blade can undo the effect of the Time Punch on Master Wu.” Maya explains, “They are his last hope.”
“Master Wu is with them?” Lloyd asks.
“We have to go help.” Cole says before turning to Borg, “We just need a time machine, you can build another one, right?”
“I…can't.” Borg says.
“Oh, I get it, "I can't" is business speak for "It'll cost you big."” Jay reasons, “Okay, businessman, I hear you. Hm, I've got a tenner.”
‘Seriously?!’
I then bonk him on the head, “Use your head Blue Jay!” I tell him, “Borg needs the Time Blades to create another Time Machine.”
“No Time Blades, no time travel.” Acronix adds, “I'm afraid there is nothing to do but wait and hope Kai and Nya return.”
Jay then turns to Pixal, “Okay, then, Samurai 2.0.” He says, “While we're stuck waiting, why don't you tell us who's really under there?”
“No.” She answers.
“Uh, would a tenner change your mind?” Jay asks, reaching for his pocket.
“No.” Pixal repeats.
“What about a piece of candy?”
“No.”
“What about two pieces of candy?” Jay wagers.
