I kept looking down at the head that was resting comfortably on my stomach. Her hair was drenched and I'm guessing the rest of her body was too. I blinked a few more times and was able to see that she had her head resting on me while the rest of her body was laying perpendicular to me. I guess she realized that the storm wasn't going to let up and just allowed herself into my home.

I was about to wake her up, but a crash of thunder physically shook my home and she jolted awake. She looked around and our eyes met in the low light. Hers went wide as she knew she was caught red handed sleeping next to me. Well, more like on top of me.

"I uh..."

"You want to explain yourself?" I asked her in my scratchy voice from sleep. It was silent for a little before she spoke up,

"It's raining out and my shelter kinda got destroyed by the storm." She mumbled as she scratched the back of her neck out of embarrassment. I rolled my eyes at her,

"Did you not notice the air yesterday?" She shook her head and I sighed, "of course you didn't."

"Shut up." She said lowly to me. I quirked an eyebrow even though she most likely can't see it,

"You know I can just kick you out of here and have you fend for yourself in a tropical storm, right?"

"I know, but you won't." I tilted my head,

"And why is that?"

"Because you tolerate me."

I thought for a moment about what she had just said. Do I tolerate her? I replayed every interaction I've had with her on the island so far and I realized that I am growing soft to her. Hell, I literally made her a tiny wooden ship modeled after her own. I grumbled,

"I don't tolerate you, I just coexist with you." I could tell she wasn't satisfied with that answer.

"Yeah I'm not believing that." I didn't need to see her face clearly because I could hear the smirk on her lips as she talked.

"Well if that's what you want to believe, okay. But does that mean them Miss Rosé is tolerating me? Because if you weren't, you wouldn't be here right now." I stated as now it was her turn to think about what she was asked. I waited for her answer, and she finally said something,

"I also just coexist with you." I nodded my head at her answer,

"Great. Now leave."

"What!" She shouted, clearly offended that I told her to leave my home.

"What? You are literally here without permission, so leave." She scoffed,

"No way, I'm staying in here whether you like it or not." I stared at her and a flash of lightning allowed me to see her face briefly. I saw the look of determination and knew she wasn't going to back down. I am still very tired as it was the middle of the night; my guess is around 2am. I sighed and laid back down on my bed,

"Fine, but sleep on the other side."

"But you're comfy." I raised an eyebrow at her words,

"Excuse me?"

"You heard me and I'm laying my head back down on you." She then forcefully laid her head down in my stomach and I groaned a little because it hurt. I then grabbed a fistful of her hair and yanked her head off of me, earning a yelp from her. I released her hair once she was off of me.

"What the bloody hell is wrong with you?" She asked while rubbing her scalp where I pulled her hair. I just chose to ignore her and turned on my bed so I'm now facing the wall.
